To the manager on duty at Burger King......all I can say is WOW!!!
The young kids (they were WAY younger than me, so they are kids to me) constantly used manners and I am VERY impressed!!!!!
“Thank you so very much for your order”, “I am so very sorry for your wait” and my husband was called “hon” a few times! (Luckily “hon” isn’t offensive to either of us, but others may not like it.)

Burger King offers an outstanding drive-thru experience with consistently accurate and hot food orders. The employees are hardworking, though experiences with friendliness may vary. The burgers are great, and the Whoppers are bomb. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and has a nice inside playground for little kids, making it a worthy choice for a fast food meal in Waterloo. However, the chicken nuggets have an unpleasantly bland coating, and the fries can be old and barely warm. While the service can sometimes be slow, recent reviews indicate that it can also be reasonably quick. There have been instances where orders, such as Double cheeseburgers and Whoppers with cheese, were missing condiments, which affected the overall experience. Despite some cleanliness issues noted, the manager, Jayde, has been praised as a hardworking and friendly presence, contributing positively to the restaurant's environment.
