“2/8/23 - Dairy Queen in Herculaneum, Missouri...helping in our community... Dairy Queen (90 Scenic Plaza Dr, Herculaneum, MO) Yesterday was my daughter’s 12th birthday! She chose a birthday dinner from the Herculaneum Dairy Queen (DQ) on our way to her dance class last night. We love THIS DQ! Their team is always super friendly and courteous. The food is made fresh when we order it. This location is currently under construction, but they are still open, ready to serve their tasty food, while helping our community. The Dairy Queen Herculaneum location participates in many events to give back to our Festus-area schools, residents and charities. To name just a few: @Festus Elementary PTO @Festus R-VI School District @Jefferson R-7 PTO @Herculaneum Fire Department (toy, coat and food drive) @Kade's Playground @Autumn Ridge Residences ...and more! We admire and thank you for your kindness and support. For food…my kiddos go-to favorites are their cheeseburgers, fries and a blue raspberry-flavored “freeze”…a combination of slushy ice mixed with ice cream. Our family has enjoyed DQ birthday cakes for years. My personal favorite their ice cream cake with itty-bitty Oreo pieces inside. DQ also offers dairy-free treats, DoorDash delivery, Uber Eats and rewards/special deals through their mobile app. We are thrilled to have this establishment serving our local community. “Samantha took our order. Very short obvously she showed not very pleasant customer service. After order was taken i noticed she was cuttn up and laughing with other employees. Next customer came to order and same thing. A frown and short with them too. I don't think customer service is her cup of tea. We all have bad days. But the cutting up with coworkers, and short with her guest shows, obviously where her head is at. My order was wrong when I came back in the store. But she wouldn't even walk up to the counter. A guy from the back came up and fixed it food was okay. It's been better“

They will bring your order to your table, you can mobile order, they bring it to your car, or use the drive through, which can take a little time, but the food is cooked when you order it. They have a high standard and meet it each visit. One of my families favorite places to eat!“

“The Burger King where I live sucks so we were hesitant to stop here, but it was right off the hwy. The food was so much better, the drive thru girl was super cool and nice, definitely not like other Burger King's that I've experienced.“

“Reviewing the food at McDonald’s is a bit like reviewing the weather, you already know what you’re getting. You either like McDonald’s or you’re not reading this review. The real question is whether this location knows the assignment.

The answer is yes.

Located just off a major interstate exit, this restaurant serves a constant flow of travelers, yet the drive-thru keeps moving. I’ve never sat through one of those mysterious lines where nobody seems to move for five minutes. Orders are accurate, food comes out quickly, and the operation runs smoothly.

The interior has the modern McDonald’s look, with kiosks doing most of the ordering. If you’re determined to order from an actual human being, they’ll still happily take your order at the counter.

The biggest compliment I can give an interstate McDonald’s is this: I’d have no hesitation stopping here on a road trip. The dining room is clean, and, perhaps more importantly, the restrooms are clean and well maintained.

Places like this are really pass/fail. Nobody expects a Michelin star; they expect clean, fast, and accurate. This location earns an easy A.“

“Came here last night to get a much craved roast beef sandwich with horsey sauce :P i have onion allergy and the team there made sure my sandwich was perfect, as a matter of fact, they thought outside of the box (lol) and because I questioned how their fries were made (fried in same oil as onion rings) they asked me if I had an onion allergy, that is above and beyond. :) I appreciate you very much thank you.“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“The young man at the counter is great. Listens and asked all the right questions.
The other gentleman was providing awesome service to a customer who came in needing assistance with their online order.
The only reason atmosphere and food wasn't 5 stars is because you can tell that all the veggies and sauce area wasn't refreshed or cleaned up as you would hope.
The rest of the restaurant is well kept.

“A fan favorite in our household. Our kids always eat it really well and it's requested weekly by our 3 year old. We've had positive experiences every time we've stopped, drive thru, pickup, and dine in. This last visit Trent came out and checked on us and talked to us for a while which was super nice!“
