“2/8/23 - Dairy Queen in Herculaneum, Missouri...helping in our community... Dairy Queen (90 Scenic Plaza Dr, Herculaneum, MO) Yesterday was my daughter’s 12th birthday! She chose a birthday dinner from the Herculaneum Dairy Queen (DQ) on our way to her dance class last night. We love THIS DQ! Their team is always super friendly and courteous. The food is made fresh when we order it. This location is currently under construction, but they are still open, ready to serve their tasty food, while helping our community. The Dairy Queen Herculaneum location participates in many events to give back to our Festus-area schools, residents and charities. To name just a few: @Festus Elementary PTO @Festus R-VI School District @Jefferson R-7 PTO @Herculaneum Fire Department (toy, coat and food drive) @Kade's Playground @Autumn Ridge Residences ...and more! We admire and thank you for your kindness and support. For food…my kiddos go-to favorites are their cheeseburgers, fries and a blue raspberry-flavored “freeze”…a combination of slushy ice mixed with ice cream. Our family has enjoyed DQ birthday cakes for years. My personal favorite their ice cream cake with itty-bitty Oreo pieces inside. DQ also offers dairy-free treats, DoorDash delivery, Uber Eats and rewards/special deals through their mobile app. We are thrilled to have this establishment serving our local community. Drive-Thru service was prompt despite a fairly long line during peak hours. Server made sure I had all of my items before handing over order and was very friendly 5/5

“Great food if you like this type. My kid won't touch it so I gotta go solo! Typical meat on a bun place. A variety of sandwiches and meats from beef, chicken, pork even burgers now.Great sweet tea! I like the online ordering thru the app options too if I'm a hurry!“

“Best White Castle I’ve had in a really long time. Very pleasant and the food was ready almost instantly and it was awesome. I don’t live close to this one but it’s my go to every time that’s how good it is. I think it’s crazy how tipping is nowadays but this crew earned it and then some. Thank you guys so much for what you do because everyone knows working in fast food is not easy by any means so thank you.“

“They would of gotten 5 stars but they were so slow and no communication skills while waiting or when we arrived.
The restaurant was messy. Trash outside and with only 1 person sitting eating inside, they should have been cleaning table and floors.
One employee had no gloves while boxing our burgers before bagging.
I did ask for new ones.
Was polite but still no communication skills. No 2nd apology. WEIRD“

“They have gluten free buns. Personally I haven't ever had any food allergy (gluten) problems from eating here. The burgers are great the gf buns are kinda dry and crumbly that's not anything they can control they come individually prepackaged. However getting the condiment packets you ordered is is hit and miss. You either don't get them or you get a hundred of them. So keep a stash and everything is awesome.“

“The Burger King where I live sucks so we were hesitant to stop here, but it was right off the hwy. The food was so much better, the drive thru girl was super cool and nice, definitely not like other Burger King's that I've experienced.“

“Just wow...the staff goes above and beyond. The food was hot and fresh..the entire restaurant looked like it just got power washed. The staff was very helpful and friendly and respectful. “Came here last night to get a much craved roast beef sandwich with horsey sauce :P i have onion allergy and the team there made sure my sandwich was perfect, as a matter of fact, they thought outside of the box (lol) and because I questioned how their fries were made (fried in same oil as onion rings) they asked me if I had an onion allergy, that is above and beyond. :) I appreciate you very much thank you.“

“The McDonald's here is better than some worse than others. In my opinion it is a rly good McDonald's most of the time. The food here is good (for being fast food) and the workers here are nice (almost all the time) I get here a lot and am almost never disappointed. They always give lots of napkins sometimes they forget sauces on the side but that's fine depending on what you are get. Their fries are rly good and so are their chicken nuggets. I come here a lot for school trips during summer school (I go voluntarily) and they are always super nice then too. Overall 7/10 😋😎🫶😊😍“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“
