Fast service. Food is always hot! We go here often. Always good customer service. Carolan has helped us many times and has done a fantastic job.
I ordered a pizza from this location for delivery DoorDash picked it up. Dropped it off at Mercy Hospital did not call me to let me know that the order was delivered or to meet. I called Papa John’s again to ask where the pizza was. Bob answered. The phone was willing to remake the order. I walked down to check to see if the pizza was delivered. It was Bob was willing to give me a credit for the mess up on behalf of DoorDash. that is amazing customer service thank you Bob.
Had unexpected company for dinner and wanted to keep it simple so I ordered a couple of Papa John's new pepperoni stuff crust pizza. The pizzas arrived fast, piping hot, and delicious!
