Absolutley disgusting i dont know how its possible for a slice of pizza to taste 100% diffrent from the next slice. Taste nasty, cold, as well as not compleatly sliced all the way threw so of course have to rip apart slices trying to get a full slice. Have had this problem before but not really at other

Pizza is over priced, also the pizza is not good too much sauce.... once i had to wait 3 hrs for delivery if you want good pizza go to Pedaling

Received a pizza that had apparently been dropped on the floor before being baked. Attempted to call store, person hung up on me. So...lesson learned. I'd have been better off to go pick up a freaking Jack's pizza. At least we could have eaten it or returned it if it wasn't edible.

The pizzas are always ruined when you order even had one delivered and the box was upside down that’s why I only cash tip places because you never know how the delivery is going to go!

I came this store and not only the service absolutely amazing but what everyone did blew me and my wife away we had our baby and to celebrate we got a pizza and the young man Nathan who was working the register not only took care of my pizza but has the best costumer service but everyone in the back came together and did something I was not expecting they wrote me and my wife a little note in our pizza box congratulating us on our daughter I just want to say thank you to Papa John’s for taking care of me and my wife the way they did will definitely be coming back the food was amazing

Online ordered. Didn't go thru. Had to wait while it was rewarded when I got to Papa John's. However, the manager was very nice about not making me wait too long.
This location is great. It doesn’t matter what time I order they always deliver quickly and get the orders perfectly.

2nd time in the past 8 months my order hasn't been made correctly on the Hawiian BBQ Chicken Pizza, both occasions have had missing toppings, and both occasions it was made by the same employee, figured it would have been addressed having been brought to the attention the first occasion, 8 months ago Spent $40 now 2 times and live all the way in De Soto driving back isn't ideally feasible...

Pizza is decent. Unfortunately their using door dash and the delivery driver likes to throw my food on my porch and leave. That sucks when it's freezing outside and you leave it outside for 2 minutes bc the driver didn't even bother ringing the door bell. Thanks Door dash

I had multiple people ask me if I've been helped which is always great in my book! There's nothing worse than employees just walking past customers without even acknowledging them. You certainly don't have to worry about that here. The manager is definitely doing something right with these employees!! (•‿•)That's kind of a big deal these days considering customer service, unfortunately, is pretty much a thing of the past :-[ It's just refreshing that's all. And of course the food was on point, as usual;);-):-D
