Ordered on-line on 8/20/22. Charged for all items ordered, did not get two side items. Ordered/received three meals only received ONE set of utensils and ONE napkin. Food was good, service not so much.

Food tasted okay. I couldn’t even eat the teriyaki chicken it was so burnt and hard- didn’t care to replace it. I felt rushed when ordering in the line so I quickly picked something. They were out of orange chicken and had me wait 10 minutes, had to wait another 20 minutes because they didn’t bother to tell me it was done, instead took multiple other orders. I felt like the service wasn’t very kind— food wasn’t fresh/tasted old and burnt.
