The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better...read full review
Floors and tables not clean; difficult to order or get anyone to answer questions; accidentally/unknowingly ordered a more expensive single butterburger when all I really wanted was a single steak burger. It was cold when I got it and when I got to the center I bit into something really thick and white but I didn't know what it was. When I took it off the burger I discovered that it was a large piece of butter unmelted and ice cold. I was so grossed out and couldn't eat it anymore.
Dr thru has terribly long wait times. Buns were dried out. Burger was pretty good overall.
