I’ve visited the Chick-fil-A in Arnold, Missouri, many times, and it continues to impress me. Even during the busiest lunch rush, the drive-thru moves with impressive efficiency. The staff is consistently friendly, upbeat, and genuinely helpful—exactly the kind of service Chick-fil-A is known for, but this location takes it to another level.

A team member named Mathew went out of his way to call me by my first name. He noticed that I used the restroom shortly after enjoying my delicious meal, took the opportunity to ask my son what my name was, and remembered it for our next visit. That’s very impressive, considering how many customers he serves each day!

“I swung by for a quick bite and I kept it simple with a Chicken Sandwich, Nuggets Meal, and an order of Waffle Potato Fries, and each one was fresh and satisfying. The Chicken Sandwich was juicy with that classic seasoned breading and crisp pickles that make it so good every time. The Nuggets were tender on the inside with a nice crispy coating on the outside. The Waffle Fries were hot, crunchy, and perfectly salted. Even though it was busy, the staff stayed friendly and moved the line quickly, and my order came out accurate. It was just an easy, dependable meal that tasted exactly how you want it to.“

“Order my food on the phone and ny the time I get here it's ready we eat quick and my kid goes a plays. Only bad thing is they need one of them fans where the kids play to get rid of that smelly socks smell in there everything else is a 5 star.“

“For as busy as this location is, you can tell they care tables are clean. Windows are clean floors, and bathrooms are immaculate. The food qualities is excellent. It’s always bright and cheery when you walk in the door. It’s also nice when one of their employee says “welcome in” and then they walk around to make sure that everything‘s OK. I pulled up to speaker and told them I just need something fast..She told me to pull up to window fast and she gave me juice and a cookie. then they made sure I was ok before I left..Above and beyond great employees! thank you. “The chicken wasn't the best. I never get the crispy chicken, but they didn't have dark meat in the original. Instead of waiting for good hot chicken, I took what they had, and I got what I got! The pieces are much smaller, or my hands have gotten much larger. A homeless guy was there with his shoes off. The manager did ask him to leave.“
