I’ve visited the Chick-fil-A in Arnold, Missouri, many times, and it continues to impress me. Even during the busiest lunch rush, the drive-thru moves with impressive efficiency. The staff is consistently friendly, upbeat, and genuinely helpful—exactly the kind of service Chick-fil-A is known for, but this location takes it to another level.

A team member named Mathew went out of his way to call me by my first name. He noticed that I used the restroom shortly after enjoying my delicious meal, took the opportunity to ask my son what my name was, and remembered it for our next visit. That’s very impressive, considering how many customers he serves each day!

“I had the best KFC ever today in Arnold oh my goodness the best employees the best hell I mean it was just amazing all the way around I got to say the best prices get that app that KFC app that you get free box big box with a purchase of a big box I mean come on it was $12 two big boxes two large drinks I mean all sides too much food for one person honestly it was just great quality and just amazing customer service I mean every employee you have to go most definitely if you're going to visit a KFC make it Arnold KFC“

“Went through the drive through, it was super busy but they were moving very quickly and efficiently. When it came to my actual order Arthur in the drive through took it quickly but was always kind and didn’t mess anything up which was a previous problem we had here. The food was tasty and the service great, good job chick fil a!“

“Big shout out to this Chik-Fil-A team. Everyone was exceedingly kind and helpful. We had an issue where the app bugged out submitting our order and Donna was able to help us out (perhaps something for corporate to look into- it tries to track your location instead of just submitting your order and then it got mad because it had a competing screen where it was trying to get you to agree to something so instead of tracking our order it ate it). The order meant a surprising amount to my husband so he was greatly relieved when they were able to fulfill it despite challenges.
I also saw them helping people by retrieving high chairs for parents, the children’s play area was a great success with our 2yo and the entire place had a lovely, welcoming vibe.
Just a great experience.

I pulled up to speaker and told them I just need something fast..She told me to pull up to window fast and she gave me juice and a cookie. then they made sure I was ok before I left..Above and beyond great employees! thank you.
