I had the best KFC ever today in Arnold oh my goodness the best employees the best hell I mean it was just amazing all the way around I got to say the best prices get that app that KFC app that you get free box big box with a purchase of a big box I mean come on it was $12 two big boxes two large drinks I mean all sides too much food for one person honestly it was just great quality and just amazing customer service I mean every employee you have to go most definitely if you're...read full review
Chicken was dry looked like it he'd been under the heat lamps for a while very disappointed with the quality drove all the way from Illinois won't go there again!
Unfortunately they recently closed the KFC on union Rd. by south county mall that was always 100% perfect. I’ve been to the Arnold location 3 times now and it just keeps getting worse. Cold, dried out chicken with no flavor. The staff aren’t very helpful either. Close this one and reopen Union Rd! Others are too far to bother. Quality control there doesn’t exist.
