The service is absolutely horrible! The food isn't much better, if you get your food. Placed an online order just to wait half an hour and when I showed up I was told by the most ignorant person possible that they didn't have the chicken I had ordered. I would give 0 stars if possible!Avoid this KFC if possible! Absolutely horrible experience!!!

Let's start with value. There is not any. Second service is subpar and slow. Third our chicken was obviously thrown all into the fryer at once fried together under fried and straight into the container without draining. Doughy biscuits, old dryMac n Cheese and missing items. This was not an isolated event.

It took 30 minutes to even order because the workers took so long to even take the person in front of us order and ours and the lady was very rude when she took our order we didn’t complain to them or anything and she had a attitude the whole time

I always go to this location, however they are so inconsistent. The chicken is hot and delicious, next time cold and old. I guess you pay your money and hope for the best. Best of luck.
Stood at the counter for 10 minutes while everybody walk past me finally I had to yell out hello chicken people! Some lady come around the corner and said what do you need? How about I need some food! She said what's your order number I said I don't have an order number because I need to place an order with you she said I don't have time to take your order go through my drive-thru. If this isn't the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard in my life I don't know what is. There was another gentleman in there trying to figure out how to use their automated kiosk system he was getting frustrated I've already been there and refused to use it if I come to a restaurant I want somebody to ask me what I want what am I paying for? If there's no service involved I might as well just go to the grocery store and cook my own damn chicken. What a shame. Not only did I turn around and leave so did the guy that was cussing at the kiosk station.

I went in about a month ago, but forgot to review until I heard someone else telling me about their horrible experience. I pre-ordered and when I went in, nothing was ready and the blonde at the front desk was completely clueless. She was around 50 or so, and seemed like she was on something. She kept saying, “I dunno what to do or where your order is”. She told me her manager wasn’t there. Some guy came from the back and said he can make my order, but they were out of more than half the things I wanted. Never go to this location. Go to the one in Festus, it’s 100000x better and cleaner!

Came into an empty restaurant that only had 3 vehicles in drive through. Waited 8 minutes to place order but during the wait the store manager looked at me and said, "we are busy someone will get to you when they can!" I found that completely ridiculous considering we were literally the ONLY people in the restaurant & again only 3 vehicles in drive through. It took them 12 minutes to get our food and the girl just threw it on the counter and walked away. I got no utensils to eat our meal nothing. I stood up there for a few minutes with the girl watching me and not saying anything before I had to ask for the stuff. She grabs it & literally throws it in my bag yelling at me that they are to busy for this and she's stressed out! I was completely confused because we were still the ONLY 2 people in the whole restaurant! Completely disrespectful and rude!
