“I mean, what is there to really say about Chick-fil-A? As someone with roots in this town, it’s created a ton of buzz ever since the doors opened for the first time. That said, it’s not turned into a McDonalds even going onto the multi-years! The staff are prompt, listening, and also very kindhearted (which, we must consider that not everyone by nature is, so experiences may vary). The location isn’t the best nor worst; it’s the mess of Zumbehl’s construction that is deterring the “Good Location” aspect. Outside of that, of the Aprox. 15 times I’ve been here, I’ve only had 2/15 of them be not as merry. Food aside, the only problem that seriously bothered me was that I came here with a friend who is pride, and the staff didn’t offer a good reception to her. I’m not sure what called for it, but it’s a touch worrying with the nature of Chick-fil-A. The only thing if you plan to come here you need to take note of is that the drive-thru (drive-through? English doesn’t make sense) can seem like it’s I-270 at rush hour, bit it’s deceiving; so just be positive for Pete’s sake! Only ten minutes at most has it been!Parking: The lot is usually a race between employees and customers. Of the roughly twenty-five(ish) spots, at least ten are used by employees during peak hours. The rest are hungry civilians who desire the positive joy of chicken.Kid-friendliness: Not a child, yet I am a child-at-heart. They offer a kids meal, and for a while this last year had a “Code Moo” promotion that was geared towards, well, everyone in reality but more kids. Plus, who isn’t to love the cow mascot?Wheelchair accessibility: Although the location’s a touch tricky, they have ramps for wheelchair needs. The trash cans even feature integrated sensors (not sure if it’s motion or distance sensors; could be either) to allow those at lower height levels to properly utilize the services!“
“So glad they have reopened!! They have the best home cooking menu ever! My husband loves their fried chicken, I love the fried catfish and my kiddos love the chicken strips! The ladies are amazing and so nice... We will continue to be loyal stalkers, ummm, I mean followers!“
“Thank you for donating to the golfer goodie bags for the OASIS Food Pantry Golf Tournament. Because of the generosity of our donors we were able to raise over $41,000 for the OASIS Christmas Shop (whoop!). This money will be used to make sure clients of the food pantry are able to outfit their children with Christmas gifts and warm coats. We expect to provide for over 500 children at this year's "shop" and we simply couldn't do it without you! With Sincere Appreciation, Pam Russina, Ron Tucker, and a whole passel of volunteers OASIS Food Pantry 1814 Boone's Lick Rd #1 St. Charles, MO 63301“
“Some of the best fried chicken I have ever had. Those curry tenders are fantastic. The corn dogs are also great, and the pobble canned drinks are a must try. When you are done here go grab dessert next door at Spoonful.Vegetarian options: Potato cheese sticks and waffle fries may be adequate for vegans.“
“just tried this spot for the first time. walking in the atmosphere was nice, clean and spacious. i received fast and friendly service, my food came out in under 10 minutes and was hot and fresh! my tenders were flavorful and juicy and i loved their sriracha honey aioli sauce.“
“All the employees there are so kind. I had to stop unexpectedly for work on a lomg road trip and went to chickfila. They help me entertain them while I worked. They were amazing, kind and showed such compassion. ❤️ I cannot thank them enough. Jonathan thank you for helping them with thier basketball skills and the cookies. Anna thank you for sacrificing your break to play. Thank you all for being amazing. Blessed!!“
“They actually handed me the wrong order at the drive through. I drove off and when I checked the bag realized I did not have my chicken strips. They apologized promptly and gave me a steaming hot new dinner with a gift card for another meal. Service and a reputation they stand behind!“
“The chicken is really good here. The waffle fries are OK if you're into that kind of thing. The sauces are interesting and pretty good too. The lemon aid is outstanding. Lines can be long and waiting is a part of the dining experience.Parking: Parking is a small challenge as you have to cross the drive through line to walk to the restaurant. There are limited parking spaces near the entrance.“
