We had a few gift cards with a balance & the Sunset Steak N Shake nearby. Like most Steak N Shakes, mainly order at the kiosk. I was able to place the orders and get them correct. Had a single plus cheese fries, and a original Double cheeseburger combo with Banana Shake. Friendly staff answered questions and provided fast service.
Good at that food. Forgot some of my (albeit large) order while it took way too long at the window.
Food was hot and as expected.

Steak 'n Shake is a great dining destination, offering delicious food and excellent service. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. The traditional smash-burger with cheese is a classic favorite. Ordering at the kiosks is convenient, with the option to also use the app. The #7, Double w cheese & fries, is a popular choice, and the chili 5 way is also good. The Reese's Peanut Butter Cup shake, while creamy with whipped cream and a cherry on top, could use more of the namesake topping. The drive-thru cashier was pleasant. Despite being located across the busy street from LaQuinta, the drive is worth it for the quality food and exceptional customer service. Steak 'n Shake is a great spot for a satisfying meal.
