This place has been around forever (since 1977 I think) and for good reason. If you want a Chicago dog, this is the place to go. Also, the Maxwell Street Polish, the Signature Double Cheeseburger and the fries are great. I haven't tried the Italian Beef yet, but I'm confident I'll like that too. The inside is very small - I think there are 12 seats. And I wish it was open later than 5pm. But it is definitely worth a visit.

“Went through the drive through, it was super busy but they were moving very quickly and efficiently. When it came to my actual order Arthur in the drive through took it quickly but was always kind and didn’t mess anything up which was a previous problem we had here. The food was tasty and the service great, good job chick fil a!“

“Big shout out to this Chik-Fil-A team. Everyone was exceedingly kind and helpful. We had an issue where the app bugged out submitting our order and Donna was able to help us out (perhaps something for corporate to look into- it tries to track your location instead of just submitting your order and then it got mad because it had a competing screen where it was trying to get you to agree to something so instead of tracking our order it ate it). The order meant a surprising amount to my husband so he was greatly relieved when they were able to fulfill it despite challenges.
I also saw them helping people by retrieving high chairs for parents, the children’s play area was a great success with our 2yo and the entire place had a lovely, welcoming vibe.
Just a great experience.

“Came in exspecting hot just fine on some chicken fish gyros salad with the Chicago flavor maybe,since I am from Chicago,not only did Malik and family match the Chicago flavor swag.they made me feel like a family member coming over to have a family meal. Not at all that I feel like a customer buying a consumer product thank you Malik and family one of the things me and my fiancée was worried was eating since we are away from home for at least 30 days. “We come here once a month & have always had great food & service. Today we had a horrendous experience with an employee! My boyfriend found a hair underneath his chicken & fries, he took it up to the counter & told the guy working the front counter. His response was, "What do you want me to do about it, I'm not the cook!!!!" We then asked him his name & for the manager, but he refused to give us his name or the manager. He proceeded to "mother f***" us even. Then starts in on another customer. I could not believe he treated us that way! He wouldn't give us his name so I took a photo of him. Completely disrespectful & Canes needs to get rid of any employee that treats their customers like that when the customer has a valid complaint like we did. We did call corporate so they will be looking into it. Shame on that kid!!!!“

“Could tell drive through lady was just having an off night we were there pretty late though so it is kinda to be expected she remained very friendly and professional she did messy up the order but tried over and over to correct it we assured and the manager that was standing close by it was not a big deal she had simply for got to ring in some milk shakes we assured them we could just come back through the drive through and order them when we was ready to eat them maybe 5 or 10 minutes later a knock on the window and it was the manger with two complimentary shakes the kind we had tried to order earlier and never received we gave them a tip and was very appreciative of the shakes (I don't diner at Lions Choice but it was a great experience“

“This is one of the best White Castles that I have ever been to. The customer service here is definitely on point, as they will take your order in a timely fashion and the food is always fresh and hot along with tasting juuuuust right! The dining room is very clean and well kept, as any restaurant should be. The restrooms were 90% right, as zip could use a bit of freshening up, but I have no complaints. I'm sure as soon as the employees have time it will be done, because they stay really busy near downtown and the Busch stadium location here. Go Cardinals! “Tucked into the corner of the street, the lot is a bit small but manageable. Service was good, I could tell the young man was a bit new which is probably why my order was wrong and a bit cold(definitely not fresh). Ordered my double sliders with cheese meal bottom buns only, no onions as usual and it none of that on top of not being fresh and forgot the drinks. Didn't have the energy or patience to go back.“

“10 out of 10 all the way. I went with my track team which roughly 10 people and we need to order as one and they perfectly bagged each of our orders separately and made sure we all got what we needed and they were super kind. Plus while waiting the restaurant was super clean.“

“Order from here all the time, and it is one of the best White Castle locations I've been to on a regular basis. I've never had an item missing from them, the food is well prepared and served hot. Service is friendly, present, and positive.

“My experience was a bit mixed. The automated drive-thru ordering system still seems to have some kinks to work out. I placed my order, but the system ran into issues before it could finish, so an employee had to step in to complete it.

On the bright side, the food came out hot and fresh, and I had no complaints about the quality. I just wasn't a fan of the automated ordering system—it felt slower and less reliable than simply ordering with an employee.“

I placed our order online as we left the airport, but forgot to change the time we'd be at the restaurant. I called and I'm assuming it was Josie who answered (got her name from my receipt) - she was so sweet and accommodating and said she'd hold the order until closer to 1am. When we pulled in, they were in the process of making our order. The food was hot, fresh, and they definitely didn't skimp on the portions! My mom was in the rehab facility down the street so I ate here for lunch a lot of days for about 2 weeks in a row and you can really find out about a place when you eat there almost every day. I mostly had breakfast and lunch and was all through the drive-thru. Every single time the food was good, and the wait time and prices are reasonable. I got a salad several times and it was fresh and delicious every time and I got a burger and fries and some cookies and it was all hot and fresh and delicious too. I wish I knew her name but the girl with the short black hair that works the drive-thru window does a really good job and so does the lady with the distinctive voice that works the speaker. I think this is probably my favorite fast food place in the area and I really like their salads so I'm sure I'll be back a lot. I'm not even going to try another Wendy's because I don't want to be disappointed this one does so well!“

“After my previous experience with location 1500025 I was really not looking forward the interaction with a previous employee. Tanner has singlehandedly has changed my mind about visiting this location. He was professional and polite, a true credit to your corporation. This young man needs to teaching others how to take care of customers on a corporate level. I didn't get to interact with whomever made my double mushroom and swiss burgers, but those were the tastiest burgers that I have had from Hardee's in a long time. Stellar team!“
