They're hit or miss. The lady that took my order was nice enough, but aside from that, today was a complete miss. Two items were missing from my order, and of course I should've checked and made sure they didn't miss getting a whole sandwich in my bag before pulling off, but it was a long day so I didn't. Everything was great. My only issue is that their Mac n cheese bites are a bit pricey for what you get once you compare quantity and price to White Castle. At Arby's you get 4 for the same price as 12 at

2024 UpdateThis location has gone downhill. Hours have been restricted. The lobby closes early. The drive through has a sign blocking it half an hour before closing. The Brentwood location is the next closest, and is a much better place.Horrible rest rooms.No longer has potato cakes.
