Having a store so close to me is just an added bonus. The fact that they had my favorite on brew (Gold Coast) , sealed the deal as they say!
This location doesn’t greet you as much as other locations, not very welcoming , but my coffee was good .
I haven’t been a Starbucks guy for a while now…preferring local, independent shops, of which there are plenty here in St Louis. But I live close to this Starbucks, and when we unexpectedly became a one car family for a few weeks, this became my office. And this Starbucks won me over. Rarely crowded inside, and the staff are so kind and helpful. The free refills on in-store coffee are HUGE, especially on long work days. Starbucks Coffee Company is a friendly and pleasant place, winning over former cynics. The inside is rarely crowded, with sunny windows and an open space that includes outdoor seating with umbrellas. It is described as a great spot for a temporary office or a place to write all day. The staff is consistently warm, kind, attentive, and professional. They are very accommodating and helpful, proactively offering refills on in-store coffee and delivering food and drinks to tables. Customer service is extra nice, with a focus on friendliness and care. The drive-through operates very quickly, and orders are always correct. The team is also very quick at remaking a drink if needed. Management at this location is excellent. While parking can be tight during busy hours, and the drive-through can sometimes cause a wait, the overall experience is highly positive. The store achieves a sweet balanced spot of quality, efficiency, and a welcoming culture.
