I get it. The baristas don't get paid enough to care about getting the drinks right, but if I am spending $5 on an iced coffee, I need it to be right. The baristas here do not read the drink modifications. If you say NO ICE, you get all the ice. The management is mocking in that when you tell them that you constantly need to have the drink remade simply cause there is ICE in it, they say "Yeah" or "Cool Feedback." My drink is literally, pour ice coffee into cup and put a lid on it. Scooping in ice is extra an additional effort. This location has great seating and they can microwave a mean egg bite, but skip this place for your drinks.

This location has an awesome staff and atmosphere but some might need to be retrained on how to make hot chocolate. It's unfortunate because I love stopping by there each day on my way to work. We've had to throw away our staffs hot chocolate the last three times. The taste was "not good" to say the least. Plus it gets expensive to throw away multiple drinks, specially when it's multiple times. I will say everything else has always been 100%.?Happy Holidays ?

Today at 6622 Chippewa, Starbucks this is the girl cheese the girl gave me. I asked her for it extra toasted and I also did it again I left a tip before service !! Without a thank you!! I have never got a grilled cheese this burnt from here. I go to Starbucks every single morning and spend at least $20 and this was my second location today because the other Starbucks never has food in stock. It is so sad that the manager here is just as rude. When I told her it was supposed to be extra toasted she just grabbed it from me like I was bothering them, so I really think they did this on purpose. I am so sick of complaining. But this is the only way I can get the word out, so maybe there will be a change in service!! But only thing that's changing now is the price is going up. From now on I'm going to tip after I receive good customer service. Nine out of 10 times even if you tip they don't care. The service will still stay the same!!

I cannot order my ‘regular’ (menu item, not special order, it just doesn’t taste right). But since I’ve stepped out and tried other menu items I must say everything else is terrific. Great workers, quick service.

Love coming here in the morning for a cold brew. Cam & Stephanie are absolutely amazing & the most welcoming/nicest workers there! Drink is always made perfect!On another note, the girl with the super short hair that usually works the window is always rude & my drink is never right when she works the window. Never is nice and never has a smile.
