Staff is always friendly and the food is good. My only real gripe is I miss the fireplaces. Always made for coziness.
Food is typically very good. Iced mocha was one of the best I've had locally. Much better than dunkin or McDonald's.
Best Panera service in STL 100% No bitter coffee or underbaked products. Everything is fresh and perfect.
