My lunch came fast and was very good. Service was nice. Wish they would put ingredients on menu since I would have asked for some things left off. App also didn't work, but that's clearly not this store's fault. Not always easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Good overall.

You can never go wrong with St. Louis bread co/ Panera. The parking lot is kind of small but I always manage to find a place to park.If you're someone that doesn't like to venture out a ton, chain establishments are great because you can always get the same thing regardless of where you go.

My Asian salad was decent. Actually, it was much better than the last time I had Panera. My friend ordered the stacked chicken, green goddess sandwich and could not even eat one bite. It smelled and looked like....... That, one drink, and an awful chocolate pastry for $41. Never again. Terrible.

We, and everyone I noticed, were greeted when we walked in and thanked us as we left. The level of awareness that the entire crew seemed to have was impressive. We saw so sort of team lead walking around double checking on crew members, orders, customers, the tea station and bakery area all in the time it took to place and grab our to-go order. I ordered from the bakery, a hot bowl, and mac & cheese. Our order was up quickly, made perfectly and was delicious. We are from out of town, but the next time we are in the area I will definitely have this location at the top of my mind and will recommend it to anyone in the area. Thank you for a great experience!

I don't expect much in the way of atmosphere from a BreadCo during lunch rush, but I expect better customer service than I received here. Your company shouldn't offer a free drink "club membership" if they need to dedicate three people to surveillance and apprehension of Charged Lemonade thieves. I remember the training from my days in the green apron, when we were taught to say yes to the customer no matter what. I guess they now must include an extensive course on how to tell if someone qualifies as "customer" or if they're a mere "club member" who can be treated like an applicant with a checkmark in the "convicted felon" box.

I frequent this Bread Co often, but yesterday was my last visit unfortunately. I did a Rapid Pick Up & chose to wait an additional 20 mins for the soufflés to be done that I ordered (busy time of morning, I didn’t mind the wait at all). Unfortunately, the soufflé that I’ve eaten plenty of times gave me a severe stomach ache accompanied by diarrhea (TMI, sorry.) They obviously weren’t baked thoroughly or the internal temp wasn’t checked. Either way, food safety should be taken seriously.

I arrived at about 4:30, and they were out of every type of coffee. Every other panera I've ever visited has coffee brewed on reserve. This location literally was completely out of all 4, and needed 15 minutes to make more.

Sunday 12/24/23 we ordered dinner because of the holiday season we don't celebrate Xmas however we do celebrate a Xmas eve birthday.... also having to work timing was off so naturally the next best thing is online ordering & delivery!!! Kudos to whomever created this system {{*_*}}..... Sadly our order was left on the front step opened, wrinkled and looking suspicious. We called our store to report the issue and without hesitation we were informed to return to the store to get a fresh order, to our surprise upon my sister's arrival she was met with the new order AND our entire purchase was refunded as well!!!THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to Michelle(General Mgr.) and her TEAM for their understanding and providing us with care and consideration in this matter!Always great service with dignity & respect at the "model of excellence" my STL Bread Co. 6607 Chippewa, STL Mo. 63109

It's a corporate chain. Nothing wrong with it, but nothing real exciting. Decent food that is predictable across locations.

This location has never been properly or fully staffed, and it's gotten worse. If you're thinking about dining in, don't. Their manager told me that they have a lot of employees that don't show up, or call in sick, so there are never enough folks there, which makes for a poor customer experience, and the poor employees that do show up, are stressed out big time.Due to the number of Uber Eats, drive-thru or takeout orders, getting your food always takes a long time, even when it's off their peak hours. The tables and booths are not cleaned promptly, and a lot of times, they run out of straws, napkins, etc. And, honestly, food is a bit above fast food, and a bit more healthy, but it's still high in sodium, sugar, and fat, and the prices are just outrageous. You can get more generous servings for the same price or less, just down the road.Parking: Too many people speeding through the lot, not paying attention, or backing up the entrance due to the long lines at the drive-thru. People also love to hit your car with their doors.

Great coffee and pastries. I really like the flat bread pizza too! The only downfalls are it's very busy and hard to find a table at times, and the restroom looked like WWIII just ended there. Oh wellVegetarian options: YesDietary restrictions: Just ask or mention when ordering.Parking: About 20 parking spots with wheelchair accessible ones up front.Kid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes

Shouldn’t have to wait 25 minutes for a bowl of oatmeal with strawberries that’s clearly been sitting behind the counter for a while because it was about 1 degree above room temperature. It’s just disappointing because this is now the new norm and nobody wants to take responsibility to fix it.
