2024 UpdateThis location has gone downhill. Hours have been restricted. The lobby closes early. The drive through has a sign blocking it half an hour before closing. The Brentwood location is the next closest, and is a much better place.Horrible rest rooms.No longer has potato cakes.

They're hit or miss. The lady that took my order was nice enough, but aside from that, today was a complete miss. Two items were missing from my order, and of course I should've checked and made sure they didn't miss getting a whole sandwich in my bag before pulling off, but it was a long day so I didn't. When I realized it, I called, and the guy pretended he couldn't hear me as soon as I started talking about my order missing items. The items that were not missing were just thrown together kinda sloppy. ?

The food is always good. The problem is the service more than half the time they have the lobby closed they don't pick up the phone they'll have the drive-through open and every blue moon. Allow a walk up to the drive-through to be ordered. This happens on a regular constantly at different times throughout the day especially during rush times like lunch dinner very not happy with the one on Chippewa and between Jamison and Southwest.

My cashier Kayla was very kind to me when I came through the drive thru on Halloween. I was having a really bad day, I am in missouri for a travel nursing assignment & this is my first holiday away from my family. She had a great attitude despite working on Halloween. Kayla offered me a sucker which made my entire night. I appreciate her very much. You are lucky to have her on your team!
