The fish was mush and doughy/batter. Told the manager and her only response was that she's "never heard that before".... Ok?? She also told me to stop ordering the fish because apparently it's "not working for us". Whatever that means. Also was missing lettuce on my burger. Told me she was going to send more coupons since apparently a refund isn't a thing at Freddy's but....... Never received them! Not surprised. All this happened after I told the other manager before I ordered...read full review
Bogus, woke commercials underscore the weak impudent staff and overpriced mediocre product
My new favorite place to eat. Good food and good customer service. . We eat here every Friday.
