The food is good when it's hot. It doesn't matter if you order on line and pick it, go through the drive thru or have it delivered. They tell you 20 to 40 minutes to wait but every time you receive it's IT'S NOT HOT ALWAYS ALWAYS COLD.Thats enough for me to go somewhere

Couldn't order from the website. Technical difficulties message every time I tried to pay. The guy taking orders just kept telling everyone how understaffed they are and told me he couldn't add ketchup packets, I had to do that at the window bc they're understaffed. Okay then. Woman at the window was sweet, said she was a manager. But I ouldn't use the QR code for a 50% off a chicken sandwich at the drive through window bc it wouldn't work for them. I have been to this location several times without issue. Great food, great service.I was there today 2/24/23 and I had 3 mistakes with my order. I asked for 2 meals, and they charged me for an extra sandwich. They fixed it. I asked for curly frys, and they gave me crinkle cut. They fixed it.When I got back to the office, I ordered the deluxe fish... but they gave me a regular fish. I didn't go back to get it fixed bc it wasted my lunch period.
