Seamus is always our go to place to take our 3 young kids. They even have newly updated kids menus that have plenty of kid aproved foods and come with drinks! The patio is perfect on a nice day. The buffalo chicken sandwich is gigantic and delicious and the ranch it comes with is worth the price alone- SO good! Their burgers are huge and really good as well. The servers are always nice and attentive and the beers are always cold.
Fast service. Perfect place to stop before the muny
Food is on a decline. Fried cheese is mushy. Chicken sandwiches are still a good eat, but have been reduced in size dramatically. The burgers seem good. Still a great patio.

Seamus McDaniel's is a beloved neighborhood spot in Dogtown, just south of Forest Park. The restaurant is known for its fantastic food, including an unbeatable fried cheese appetizer and amazing burgers with generous portions. The bartender provides great service and drinks, including strong and reasonably priced Margaritas. The Mushroom Swiss Burger and XL Onion Rings are popular menu items, and the restaurant is perfect for a quick drink after work or a night out. Families with young kids enjoy the newly updated kids menus that offer plenty of kid-approved foods and drinks. The patio is ideal on nice days, providing a pleasant outdoor space. The buffalo chicken sandwich is gigantic and delicious, with ranch that is worth the price. Servers are always nice and attentive, and beers are consistently cold. While parking can be challenging, the good food and friendly service make it a worthwhile visit, whether for a casual meal or a night out.
