Edit: White Castle clearly cares about the brand. They called me personally to rectify the issue I had. If you have an issue just go to the website on the receipt.
I love White Castle but it seems when certain people are working the food is trash. I went in for lunch at before 1 pm. I asked for cheese slider combo and they messed that up. I paid for cheese sliders. We asked asked for no onions on some sliders, they messed that up. Forgot to give me fries had to go...read full review
