Every single time I go through the drive-through, the order is wrong, and every single time I forget to check the bag until I get home. Nothing is ever offered as recourse for the inconvenience. The one time a credit was offered, the next time I went they had no record of it, and could not honor it, the quality has gone dramatically downhill as well.
