“Live pretty close and come here every once in a while. Every staff member has been sweet. Food is always hot and delicious! So much better than any other fast food place in the area. Food is very good if you get chicken or a ham burger or a sandwich!“
“The manager at the lake st louis location is a very nice, respectful man my order got messed up days before and I didn't feel like going all the way back after I got home and realized it so he fixed my order for me and was very nice about it. The replaced order was fresh, hot, and very yummy! Even tho he was super busy he was helping customers with a smile!“
“Came through the drive thru, a little mistake on my sandwich. Came back in to ask for it to be fixed and even went through a door that wasnt supposed to be open when the lobby was closed. I believe the womans name was Morgan, she was very kind and insisted to make it right.Many Jack in the Boxes disappoint me so its good to finally see good workers“
“Went through the drive-thru the other night and did have a bit of a wait (no problem for me) and when I got to the window I could see how every person inside was working so incredibly hard to get orders out, plus everyone had a smile on their faces. When I received my food, unfortunately it was not the correct order, (again, no issue for me) so I went inside and was met by the nicest women at the front who told me she would remake the correct order for me. While inside I could see how busy the staff still was, and how hard they were working. These workers are doing an amazing job and should be incredibly proud of themselves. I received my food and a smile from the women at the front and left very happy. Great place!“

“Things have gotten a lot better at this McDonalds, the staff are fast and friendly. The food is always really good. I prefer it to the other McDonalds that is in North Lake Saint Louis.Old Review: Usually pretty slow and the food is not always that great. This is probably the worst fast food option around. “Burgers used to be great now we're done after burnt burgers repeatedly and that just was like eating wood and the prices are way to high now... So I fell no longer will we go there... It costs as much as Texas road house. Veteran discount 10% on 1 meal only like a $1.50 disc used to be 20% on entire meal like other restaurants. Why do they assume only 1 person served in the military at a table? Ya know both men and women serve in the military.“
“Went here for the first time today - Saturday lunch on the patio. The food was good and even though we were the only ones on the patio, the servers were very attentive and friendly! The buffalo shrimp sliders were good and the coleslaw was okay. My husband got a pizza and we loved the crust! Crispy and light! Fried pickles were good.The patio was a little drab and worn but it’s early in the season!“
“We finally tried this place and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of the menu. Had many options and will be returning to try. We got the wings, cheese steak sandwich and Po Boy. The only slight draw back was the amount of wings, felt like it could be more for the price. Prices are medium priced, but the flavor and portion make up for it. I don’t mind paying a bit extra for good food and that’s exactly what I got here. Even the tater tots where above average. Very impressed all around, this was a PACKED night and still got in and out in a reasonable time. Will be back again soon!“
