“food was okay nothing special but we wont go back. 51.00 for 4 people burger & fries with 2 drinks. we waited at least 20 minutes & when I checked the bag, I asked Where are the cheese curds And they said they weren't on the order but i definitely ordered them so they said Do you want us to drop some in But as much as I spent , and as long as I waited , they wanted me to pay for those too , and I said , no , just forget it.“

“We have driven by this place so many times so finally we decided to give it a try!
We got a bacon burger with loaded fries and an big moo oreo shake and a just in quaso burger with sweet potato fries and a strawberry dragonfruit Fresca. Everything we ordered seemed to have jalapeños on it which we love!
The sweet potato fries were perfectly delicious as were the loaded fries with quado bacon bits and jalapeñs! The meat patty on the burger was very well seasoned and juicy could definitely stand on its own just fine if you prefer somthing a bit more simple. The staff was polite and patient open to helping give thoughts on burgers if you're having trouble deciding. It was a bit pricey for 2 meals over $30 but it was decent food and we definitely left very full!“

“Had a great experience despite the circumstances. I called when they opened to let them know I was bringing a group of 10 at a specific time in the evening! I was told, “Thanks for the heads up.” When we arrived we were told it would be 40 minutes and there was one waiter. The Hostess even called another location to see if we could get in sooner. Same wait, we decided to wait it out. We had excellent service from Katelyn and a gentleman, I unfortunately didn’t get his name who was trying to help her. Food came out fast, right and delicious. All the while Katelyn would have never made it feel as she was the only waitress in the entire restaurant. Thank you!!“

“Last night my husband and I had some of our grandsons over for dinner and movie night. Too hot to cook on the grill so we opted out to get Red Robin burgers and fries. In Dardenne Prairie. Ordered a curbside pick up but when we got there they didn’t show the order. Not a problem because within minutes the manager, Andrea made sure our order went in quick and even added extra salad and fries too! Andrea, you couldn’t have made a glitch turn out any better! “The most important factor is the food and it was very good. We were never greeted or had any employee day anything to us. We had to order via a touch screen that was very laggy. Then when they brought us the food they just asked who had what and that was it. No one was rude it's just set up to be a minimalist atmosphere. The atmosphere and decorations was not very memorial. But like I said earlier the food was good and the shake was ok as well.“

“My spouse and I waited 20 minutes for seats. We noticed when we sat down at the table their were several seats open, 4 booths and 5 tables which caused me to look into the waiting area and notice people still waiting for tables. I also noticed at least 3 couples leave because their were told 40 minute wait. My opinion is that these restaurants do not want people dining in they want us using apps to deliver food or pick up, not to sit down and have a meal. The same thing happened at Outback in St. Peters also where the said a 15 minute wait when I sat down at my table after 16 minutes of waiting noticed at least 4 tables empty. The tables remained empty while people were waiting the whole time we ate and then left.“

“Wow! I did a review 5 years ago for this steak 'n shake and gave it one star. They've really turned things around. It's like a totally different fast food restaurant. The food is phenomenal and the service was excellent. I have a feeling that a lot of the negative reviews are from several years ago. This place has really turned around. I will definitely be back.“

“I was very Impressed from start to finish me and my husband got out late and decided to try and make it to Applebees we pulled up 13mins before close we walked in and seen they were cleaning up , so we proceeded to walked back out… we were stopped by the manager and he stated “WE ARE STLL OPEN!!! Oliver our server was very attentive & super polite even though we came in late. They were shortstaffed, but Tammy the manager quickly seated us & made sure we.had everything we needed. Went for a quick lunch. The salad bar was fully stocked and overall delicious. The mushrooms did not look fresh and appeared to be from the previous night. My wife ordered a New York Strip and was thoroughly disappointed. The steak was not very tender and had very little seasoning or flavor. The service was pleasant as always, and we appreciated the attentiveness of the server.“

“We had a 6 top on Friday April 17 at 6pm in Royal Oak. Danielle was our server, she was nice, polite and quick. The 1 appetizer for another couple came with their dinner. 4 of the six people got their meals. About 5 mins later our 2 burgers came. Both prepared wrong (order was 1 burger as is on menu, 1 burger with only pickles). Both were sent back. Waitress came over, realized we didn't have our meal, apologized. 5 mins later a manager came over and said our meal would be out soon. As our friends were just about finished with their meals, our burgers finally came, about 15 mins too late. Burgers were fine. Nothing to brag about, I ate half because I had lost my appetite. When the bill came, nothing was comped or reduced in price. My husband paid the bill and I was pretty PO'ed at him that he actually paid it without asking for some sort of discount. The steak ordered by a friend was super salty, and the chicken on the salad was dry. I know they have kinks to work out, but the place and food isn't really much to brag about.“

“We came here on a Friday night to meet up with friends, have dinner and drinks. It was a really nice evening so we sat outside. The tables were all filthy and I never saw anyone cleaning them. I cleaned my own. The trash cans were full and this was at 430 pm. Was a bit disappointed to see so many young families and what seemed to be more infants and toddlers than adults. Kids running all over the place, tossing bean bags and taking over the games area. Felt more like a kids playground here.“

A very nice young man said he was going to remake it because it had sat and gotten cold. “We were passing thru this area at lunch time on 4/20/26, and decided to stop at Five Guys as none of us had ever had it, and my husband was wanting a burger. We were all apprehensive as we're fairly used to dirty restaurants, subpar food and poor customer service at fast food locations. This Five Guys location was the opposite of all of that! Restaurant and restrooms were clean, nice indoor/outdoor seating, all employees we encountered were very friendly and helpful, and food was outstanding! We mentioned while ordering that it was our first time eating with this franchise, and the kind lady (braids and glasses-wish I could include her name) cooking on the grill said she would make sure to make it good, and she did just that! All hot, fresh and delicious! We all said wish there was a Five Guys closer to us. Everything was great, but what was most outstanding was the employees. The are definitely an asset to your business.“
