“No signal in this town. Had to use my nose. I smelled bbq. Thankfully the nose knows. Had the big muddy. You gotta smash this thing down and lift up with a spoon if you want to leave the mud on the tray. Brisket is good and tender. Jalapeno sausage has a nice crunch and bite. Pickles have a great snap and not too sour. Slaw doesn't detract from the bbq even though it looks like a lot. The cowboy beans are hardy and are similar to Brunswick stew. Not sure what all is in it. Very nice atmosphere. Friend friendly people. Red cream soda is like big red. Thanks ya'll for the Q!“
“I visit the Washington location frequently and honestly have to say this is my favorite location by far. I wish I could remember the gentlemen name working the counter and the lobby as his dedication to his job truly shows. This gentlemen time and time again has absolutely made every visit beyond enjoyable. Always polite, professional, and prompt. The food is always piping hot and delicious. Restaurant is always clean. Cant say enough.“
“Came at lunch and they were pretty busy. Placed the order for a Sonic Burger, Fish Sandwich and Totor Tots. Took less than 10 minutes for the food to come out. Everything was nice and hot. Our server Taylor was super sweet and very pleasant . Sonic has the BEST tator tots hands down.Parking: Order from outdoor kiosk.“
“OMG the ham and cheese sandwiches!! Easily my favorite fast food. There are no Hardees where I live so when I travel, I always try to get my "fix" and get a hot ham and cheese.Today we also got chicken tenders. A bit overpriced IMO but still very good. We had to wait a few minutes because they were making them fresh. Totally worth the wait.Fries are ok. Nothing to write home about. But the lemonade was great, just the right blend of tart and sweet.“
“The food is adequate, NOT haute cuisine but then I didn't expect that. I have been to this particular restaurant numerous times and have only had ONE bad experience with lunch.My main complaint is two fold, I have NEVER been in a restaurant and ordered steak and not had a roll or bread product included. Also when ordered mashed potato's butter is USUALLY included, not here. that must be ordered separately along with a bread stick(extra charge).For the most part, the food is good, served well and the wait staff is attentive.“
“I come for the Iced Mocha breakfast or lunch or just because. When made correctly it's the best. But I also just love the Whopper as always. Tried the taco...it was good. Just heads up there is hot sauce in it as defined by someone who can only handle ketchup.“

Everyone was busy preparing the others and then someone came from the nack and apologized for not greeting us. I'm from Wisconsin and come down to visit once a year and always come to this Steak & Shake. The food is always amazing.“

“We tried The Tilted Skillet for the 1st time the other day at lunch. We ordered the toasted ravioli stuffed crust pizza and buffalo wings and was served right away. I was great and I look forward to going back to try something else on the menu. Highly recommend !“
