Love the Washington, MO location. Have been there multiple times with my wife, got to introduce a friend from CO to it today, he can't wait to get home to take his wife to the Westminster location. 10/10

No signal in this town. Had to use my nose. I smelled bbq. Thankfully the nose knows. Had the big muddy. You gotta smash this thing down and lift up with a spoon if you want to leave the mud on the tray. Brisket is good and tender. Jalapeno sausage has a nice crunch and bite. Pickles have a great snap and not too sour. Slaw doesn't detract from the bbq even though it looks like a lot. The cowboy beans are hardy and are similar to Brunswick stew. Oh baby! I don’t hail from anywhere in which BBQ is taken seriously but I could still tell this was some top-tier stuff.Brisket, chicken/biscuit, pulled pork, and especially the fall-off-the-bone RIBS were all scrumptious. Sides were all terrific as well—I’d go with the creamed-spinach. My favorite sauces, surprisingly, were the Carolina Gold and Alabama White but you can’t go wrong with any from their nice array.Parking: Free parking lot across the street.
