“There's a lady there that's been there for quite a while her name is Kim.. Kim is the most amazing person I've ever had to deal with. She's not afraid to go above and beyond to get the job done she talks to everybody like they're her family and friends. Kim herself is a 10 out of 10 as an employee if I had my own business I would come and steal her and let her run my company .. okay if you see this keep having the brightest shiniest light in the whole building. “I absolutely love Arby's ever since they started going with more healthier food choices and a lot more beef on the sandwiches than they used to provide. I really hate it when I get a whole bunch of bread and no meat most people like high protein and a lot less carbs. And they definitely provide a lot of roast beef on their sandwiches. The chicken salad is the only one I'll ever eat anywhere. And I like that they have new and unique sandwiches that come out every once in awhile that are seasonal. French fries are delicious and they are real potatoes not fake potatoes with a bunch chemicals on them... Milkshakes are usually really thick and really cold... And I love the fact that they have a couple different kinds of french fries because the curly fries are the bomb. And their jalapeno poppers are excellent. So all around good athmosphere And clean on the inside and staff are always very nice whether it's drive-thru or at the counter. And I can always count on their food being the same no matter which Arby's that I go to.“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“We ordered in advance online, our order was ready earlier than expected and everything was great! .. I always give this location a notice that we have severe food allergies so they can handle it safely and we have never had a reaction at this location!“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“
