“Pretzel Stop is an amazing hidden gem. They have great pretzels of course, but they also have other great food! Their BLTs are some of the best around and the ham and cheese sandwich is so good! We've gotten many of the pretzels for get togethers and they are always gone so quick! The offer a wide variety of sauces. They have pretzel brats that are very good!“

“The only thing that could’ve made this visit better was portion size, ngl expected a little more for the price, otherwise I can’t stress how incredible the service was, I know they have scripts behind the counter but one server in particular made me feel acknowledged and appreciated and that was a worker named Matt, his check-ins on if I needed anything made me feel valued and his constant work ethic made me feel at ease knowing he was handling the hard stuff; moreover, when he stopped by and asked if he could take my tray, I experienced a level of happiness that I can only tie to this fine young man’s strapping build and kind genuine face, I think I fell in love on the spot. “Just went to Raising Cane's in Chesterfield, Mo and the food was hot and fresh, but the thing that impressed me was that the workers were caring people and that is a reflection of the manager. She was out on the floor greeting people and cleaning off tables instead of being back in an office and not helping out. I felt that this location is very well managed every time I visit.“

“They are the Chicken strips of Chick-fil-A. Drive thru is fast. Chicken tenders and fries are always hot. We usually just get the box combo and share. It Comes with 4 Chicken tenders, fries, coleslaw and a drink, one cane sauce. It's plenty for the two of us. But you can get the 6 tenders combo box option if you need more.“

“We were passing thru this area at lunch time on 4/20/26, and decided to stop at Five Guys as none of us had ever had it, and my husband was wanting a burger. We were all apprehensive as we're fairly used to dirty restaurants, subpar food and poor customer service at fast food locations. This Five Guys location was the opposite of all of that! Restaurant and restrooms were clean, nice indoor/outdoor seating, all employees we encountered were very friendly and helpful, and food was outstanding! We mentioned while ordering that it was our first time eating with this franchise, and the kind lady (braids and glasses-wish I could include her name) cooking on the grill said she would make sure to make it good, and she did just that! All hot, fresh and delicious! We all said wish there was a Five Guys closer to us. Everything was great, but what was most outstanding was the employees. The are definitely an asset to your business.“

We stop here about 3x a year visiting family and the store never disappoints- extremely helpful, beyond courteous and super FAST! However I didn't like the idea I had to wait in the drive through I normally order online but we were on a trip. The food in the service were great! “This is my favorite location! The staff is wonderful, service is quick and accurate, and my kids love playing on the turf outside on the patio. This location has so many family nights and community outreach events that we love to attend. They even do a monthly play date on Wednesday mornings for my littles! This operator does a great job keeping consistency with his staff and service!“

“I went to the store on Mid Rivers Mall Drive by HWY 94. The young lady that worked the drive through tonight is always so very nice to me. I wish I knew her name. She is young with dark hair. “The food at Firehouse is excellent. We almost always order in the app for pick up, and the order is always accurate to the changes we make. Although we don't interact with the staff a lot since we usually carry out, they are always very friendly and helpful.“

“I had excellent service from the manager Ryan. There was an issue with a previous pizza order and he was so kind about the whole thing and gave me a credit. Just now used my credit to get 2 pizzas and he remembered me (4 weeks later) and was so very kind. Not sure who was working there 2 years ago when another customer had such a terrible experience, but this manager cares and we will keep going back. The pizza was GREAT.“

“This particular location had been hiring people who clearly either didn't care about service or just lacked basic understanding and experience. I came here recently with a friend and I'm happy to share that I would say their servers and people that are hiring have changed for the better, even as a fast food restaurant I'm happy to see that higher standards are trying to be kept especially as I see Culver's as a step up from your standard McDonald's or Wendy's.“

“Ordered a Concrete in the drive thru, was given a melted cup of creme. It's only 61° out guys how runny is it gonna be when it hits 80°? 2nd time I foolishly went back was told "the custard was not ready" How does a Culver's this poorly run stay afloat?“

“I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHARLEYS!!!! the food is good. but the management and the service in the Charleys cheesesteak in St Augustine Florida in the Walmart is horrible! I was overcharged by more than $4 and their signs all over the place quoting the correct price. the manager was nowhere to be found so the cashier called her and they still refused to adjust my charge. there is no way to get in touch with corporate the phone number that I did find sounded like it was in China. she said that there was no corporate phone number. I think it's very serious matter when I restaurant cannot be contacted about one of their stores and their managers.“
