“We've been going to this location since they opened years ago. We've ordered and eaten in the restaurant, as well as ordered online and picked up. Our orders have always been accurate even with multiple modifications. Ingredients are consistently fresh and plentiful. No complaints at all.“
“I ordered an ice cream cake online to pick up at the Clayton store. I usually buy 1-2 cakes a year for family parties as everyone loves them. I’ve been doing this for years; I definitely know the rules regarding the ordering process and was sure to follow them accordingly. I showed up to pick up my cake today—and it turns out the store was closed! Noooo! I really wish they had bothered to let me know. ? After an initial panic, I called the Big Bend location and they were open. I sped over there (it’s out of my way) and got a replacement cake. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Thank you, Big Bend location, for helping me out and making the birthday boy happy. Special thanks to Lawrence and Angela for being so accommodating and so nice to a frazzled customer! ♥️“
“on 2/27/2024 we experienced some less than desirable meals from DQ. We called and asked for it to be made right. After speaking with Chargo (I hope I'm respectful of his name), he said to come back and we would have the meals replaced. What a nice man he was. Going ABOVE and beyond, as a manager should with a customer that isn't 100% satisfied. Then..... the day of replacement came..... went up to the location, went inside, and spoke with him along with the receipt, as requested. Whether it was a communication mishap from the request via the phone 2 days earlier or something, either way it wasn't clear. He offered to replace the chicken, and not the whole meal. I wasn't happy with that outcome, as I only get a limited time for lunch, and I didn't have time to go and get new chicken that same day. Furthermore, who wants just chicken tenders for lunch? Not me. This is the portion where the person that I will only describe as the "not DQ outfitted, jeans lady" came over. She asked why I didn't bring the rest of the meal back the same day? We always make our food fresh. I don't know why it was hard... Well.... here is a lesson learned...... Next time, "I am sorry that this happened, what do we need to do to make it right?" that's it! You did it then! You made it right! As for the chicken fiasco.... Chik-Fil-A is right down the street. Maybe you can get some pointers from them about freshness!“
“Always very good, at a minimum...often outstanding. Managers go out of their way to try and fulfill special requests---a trait not often found at a fast-food place. I'm speaking ONLY of breakfast, because that is all I order...I ASSUME the same holds true for the rest of the day!“
“I'm a regular customer of Subway, but this was my first visit to this location. Most subways are hit and miss with whether they will get your custom online order right or not, but this location did it perfectly. It was ready for me to pick up on time, friendly people are working there, and the sandwiches and special instruction requests were followed. I will definitely be back to this location for my regular pick ups. Thank you!“

“The store is really clean. The workers are really nice they get your pizza out as quickly as they can to you. I work for dash so they are really nice to us most restaurants are not they're not very nice with us dashers for some reason. They act like we are bothering them. We are just trying to do our job to and get the food to the customer for them and dash. So Papa John's you keep rocking because you have been especially being shorthanded on workers.“
“I needed the sauces on the side but online ordering didn’t give you the option to choose that. Going on a trip tomorrow and don’t want them to be soggy. So, I had to call them (while they’re slammed) and ask for the sauces on the side. Poor guys already made the sandwiches by the time I was able to get through to them on the phone. They are kind enough to remake them without the sauces on them for us.Subway needs to add sauce on the side option for the delivery option.“
“God bless whoever was working at this location on February 23, 2024 around 7:45 pm. Exhilarating experience. I have been to many a Taco Bell across the nation, and nothing compares to the experience I had tonight. My girlfriend and I ordered online, pulled up to the drive thru, low expectations because we had never been to this location, wholly unprepared for the absolute perfection that was handed to us in that bag within seconds of arriving to the window. The baja blasts were the most crisp, flavorful fountain drinks ever to be poured into a plastic cup. The bean burritos were warm and oozy, filled to the brim with the extra red sauce that often goes unnoticed in our regular order. I was getting beautiful, stringy cheese pulls from the usually dry and sad bean burritos that I would order at the Mackenzie and Watson location. The gorditas were similarly spectacular, unmatched by any gordita prepared by any other Taco Bell. Spicy potato soft taco was nothing short of a supernatural experience. It made me feel closer to the Lord. This was by far the best Taco Bell meal I have ever had the privilege of consuming. I wish I could bottle the feeling of absolute euphoria that came from the first bite of each item, increasingly more scrumptious than the last. I hope the team that prepared this meal takes great pride in their craft and spends every day of their lives being loved and protected by the powers that be. Thanks again.“
“We stopped for lunch today and had one of their famous sandwiches! It was super delicious and the cheese fries were great also! The dining area was nice and clean plus the workers were all very polite. We will be coming back soon. Thanks again for the scrumptious meal!!“
