“I really love this chick fil a the workers are nice and efficient, but I HATE the drive thru. Ever since the mobile side was added it has taken much longer. I also feel bad for the employees who have to stand there and work the drive thru. I feel like it's an accident waiting to happen. They need to take the mobile side out“

“This Is a dairy queen. Made the mistake of ordering pick up through door dash. Manager/employee was kind enough to point out that it is 30% cheaper to use their app as opposed to door dash. Good to know, I appreciate the tip.

“Wow! We came to St. Louis and everyone said try Lions Choice. It was so bland it was practically inedible. Arby's rocks it. The classic beef n cheddar and curly fries? Fahgetaboutit! You got to stop here if you're in town. The staff was great too.“

A very nice young man said he was going to remake it because it had sat and gotten cold. He had called our # twice...I didn't get his name (he had green hair under his hat if that helps!)...I did not ask for a new burger/he did that on his own. No other customers inside at the time Friday a little after 6pm

Service was very quick as my order was ready at the counter before I even put my lid on my soda.

The soda machine is one all touch screen and have many different choices.

The burger taste good and the sea salt fries all tasted great.
Nothing I feel has changed with the taste that I can remember.

There's not many places you can eat for less then 8$? And get a wide variety of good fast food...

They have salad to burgers ro chicken sandwiches to chili to frostys.

The location has seen some upgrades since iv last seen it.
This location is a spot I used to eat with my kids in the past and seemed smaller back then.

The floor plan is very open now and looks very nice.

Everything was clean and organized like the chairs.the napkins,salt,pepper and ketchup area.

The staff all looked busy doing what they need to have the quick service I had.

Before I left I ordered some 3 different size frosty's for some neighbors and 1 for myself to take home.
They came out within a few minutes of ordering as there was 1 customers in front of me at the time.

Overall the location is easy to get to and was quick with their service.
Food was excellent and was a great value for the cash.“

“I placed an order for delivery through this Jimmy John’s. When I received the delivery, my drink was missing so I gave the store a call. I was told that the drink would be on its way. About five minutes later the delivery driver showed up with the drink and apologized, and then a minute after that I believe the person I talked to on the phone or the manager also stopped by with a drink and wanted to make sure that I received it. Not only was the food GREAT but the customer service was AMAZING!!! Thank you Jimmy John’s!“

“The manager is awesome and immediately corrected our problem. We called in because we were delivered 2 burnt pizzas (one side of each pizza) and explained we were certain they probably just got stuck in the conveyor belt and he was understanding and agreed this was the problem while sending us a fresh new order right away. He said he’d get them to us in 30 min and I tell you it was like 30 min on the dot. Great manager that did his job and wasn’t rude like ‘cough’ Papa John’s management. We’ll be ordering again because mistakes happen and he corrected the issue at hand and with kindness! I say 4 stars because the first round was burnt but the guy for sure gets 5 stars. This is what gets you returning customers. :)“

Parking: That entryway, with specific arrows is clear but is just not well planned out. When there are many cars and or heavy traffic, that entryway is pretty terrible. That has nothing to do with the sandwiches, the customer service quality, or the value of the establishment - it's just a fact of where the place is located“

“I want to give Papa Johns a HUGE Thank You for saving the night for me! I called and needed pizzas delivered to my daughters work after another pizza place (Marcos) were not helpful over the phone. Should of called here first! I wanted to surprise my daughter and staff with pizzas after her ‘not so good’ day then having to work late so Darrione at Papa Johns handled everything for me making me feel at ease by delivering 4 pizzas. The wonderful young lady deliver them and wouldn’t give any hints who they came from except ‘Secret Santa’. “Used to work there as a sandwich artist from 2016-2018. The place was downhill back then. Now I talked to the owner today when I went in she asked how I was doing and everything. It apparently hasn’t been doing well because it’s mostly just her working most day but I’m happy there still afloat.“

“Honestly, Some of the best customer service i've had. Not Just at pizza hut, but anywhere. I ordered at the wrong location, the guy was very apologetic, offered to (and did) call the other location to cancel my order and refund me as well as hustling to remake my order there. He was very charismatic, jelly beaned well with the townies in front of me and myself while we were all waiting. He then looped back to something i said off the cuff earlier prior to waiting on the remake of the pizza and told me to have a good evening. I'm writing this review because the customer service was just unexpectedly fantastic and professional. But at least the food is still consistantly a B+ and conveintly placed in every stripmall and reststop in the USA. This location is in the top 1% of good subways though. It is clean and their isnt any food in the wrong containers giving me olives in a handfull of peppers. So thats all i can ask for.“
