“As always, I absolutely love the food here. As someone born and raised in St. Charles, the pizza here always fills me with a nostalgic glee. While the prices have gone up since I was a kid, the staff and atmosphere make up for that alone, while the food makes it even better. “The manager is awesome and immediately corrected our problem. We called in because we were delivered 2 burnt pizzas (one side of each pizza) and explained we were certain they probably just got stuck in the conveyor belt and he was understanding and agreed this was the problem while sending us a fresh new order right away. He said he’d get them to us in 30 min and I tell you it was like 30 min on the dot. Great manager that did his job and wasn’t rude like ‘cough’ Papa John’s management. We’ll be ordering again because mistakes happen and he corrected the issue at hand and with kindness! I say 4 stars because the first round was burnt but the guy for sure gets 5 stars. This is what gets you returning customers. :)“

It’s a must visit for anyone that is in St. Charles County and even worth a trip across the river for those in St. Louis County. By far, one of our favorite places in O’Fallon!“

“The this coronavirus happening right now I was very impressed with Pizza Huts safety measures they have in place. Tonight we ordered from here, twice this week actually and the young man rung our bell, placed the pizzas on our doorstep and stood back off our porch hands crossed waiting for us to come out and grab the bag from the mat. He politely thanked us and walked away. Such an extreme gentleman. Our ticket number was 0049. I hope this number can let the store know who our delivery guy was and he is told personally from us, Thank you“

“I want to give Papa Johns a HUGE Thank You for saving the night for me! I called and needed pizzas delivered to my daughters work after another pizza place (Marcos) were not helpful over the phone. Should of called here first! I wanted to surprise my daughter and staff with pizzas after her ‘not so good’ day then having to work late so Darrione at Papa Johns handled everything for me making me feel at ease by delivering 4 pizzas. The wonderful young lady deliver them and wouldn’t give any hints who they came from except ‘Secret Santa’. “The wife and I have had dinner here three times now. Those were the BEST three steaks I've had the pleasure of eating. I love a good steak, but these were perfect. The tortellini is also spot on. Great service, very comfortable atmosphere, and amazing food. If I was looking for something that they could improve on, nothings coming to mind. Thank you, and please, don't change a thing.“
