“I’ve actually never had coffee from this or any of the Scooter establishments. I stopped at this location to pick up some gift cards. The young man working on the evening of Thursday December 18th was one of the most polite workers at any service establishment I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was so kind, it was so refreshing. It seems society doesn’t have good customer skills anymore or they just don’t care, I don’t know which it is. I’m now a Scooters patron because of my experience with this young man. He deserves the recognition, he was so sweet. Hindsight I should have asked his name, but it was bitter cold that evening and it was my last stop!“

“Always busy, but I haven't felt the wait time was any longer than the other locations. But I do want to give a shout-out to all the employees working this morning. They dealt with a very nasty customer who was yelling and cursing, and all the employees handled it with grace. Kudos to them!“

“I have been to quite a few different locations in and around the St. Louis area and none of them have been bad, but I just want to shout out this location specifically because of Holly. She went above and beyond for me today when she did not have to. That just speaks volumes to her character, the location, and the management. You can tell she really does care for people and without a second thought. I appreciate that and even though I live 30 minutes away will continue to make this my stop when in the area!“

“I go there often because alll the food is delicious. Bacon egg cheese bagel is my favorite for breakfast but the biscuits & gravy & omelettes are are also great. I also love the cheeseburgers & onion rings. Better than fast food anywhere. The bakery is awesome! I alsmust say the employees are friendly & series fast. Try it out !!“
