When someone orders oatmilk, staff sometimes put 2% milk in the drinks, which is a problem for those with severe milk allergies. Customers have to watch and ask for a remake, which can lead to annoyed staff. Lids on cups sometimes do not fit, causing coffee to spill in the car. Wrong orders are also given out, and the PSL is often made wrong or the recipe seems switched. Despite the kind staff, these mistakes are frustrating and could be dangerous for the company if someone was hospitalized.
