Thank you to all at this Starbucks for always making our day - we're regulars (best Starbucks in the area!), just had a baby, and this one had me happy teary on another rough newborn morning!
I have been to quite a few different locations in and around the St. Louis area and none of them have been bad, but I just want to shout out this location specifically because of Holly. She went above and beyond for me today when she did not have to. That just speaks volumes to her character, the location, and the management. In my ridiculous amount of Starbucks visits, from the northeast to the Midwest to as far south as you can go, this was by far the best. The lady at the drive thru window was so happy and friendly, she really made my day! And they had our drinks ready from the mobile order as soon as we got there, and they’re delicious! Thanks for the smile this morning!!

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has a friendly and energetic staff that often brightens customers' days with smiles and cheerful hellos. The food is described as really excellent, with delicious rice and beans, beef and fish tacos, and a Mexican cob salad with shrimp. The pumpkin muffin is very good. The drive thru location is the best around town, with orders always right, made correctly, and fast. However, there are serious issues with drink orders. When someone orders oatmilk, staff sometimes put 2% milk in the drinks, which is a problem for those with severe milk allergies. Customers have to watch and ask for a remake, which can lead to annoyed staff. Lids on cups sometimes do not fit, causing coffee to spill in the car. Wrong orders are also given out, and the PSL is often made wrong or the recipe seems switched. Despite the kind staff, these mistakes are frustrating and could be dangerous for the company if someone was hospitalized.
