“I just wanted to leave a five star review for the morning staff that made my coffee today. Today was the first time in a long time that I took a sip of my coffee and smiled afterwards, as my shots did not taste like they were dead. I have recently been adding vanilla sweet cream to my shaken espresso because they have been quite bitter lately and today was the smoothest drink I have had in a while.Thank you for that and reminding me why I love coffee!“

“I go there often because alll the food is delicious. Bacon egg cheese bagel is my favorite for breakfast but the biscuits & gravy & omelettes are are also great. I also love the cheeseburgers & onion rings. Better than fast food anywhere. The bakery is awesome! I alsmust say the employees are friendly & series fast. Try it out !!“

“This place is so cute and has the friendliest baristas! They truly go out of their way to create the perfect drink and make you feel at home. If you are looking for a place to work or study they have outlets underneath every table as well as a comfy couch area. I ordered their chocolate croissant and a honey oat milk latte. Both were exceptionally delicious. I'll definitely be back!“

“I’ve actually never had coffee from this or any of the Scooter establishments. I stopped at this location to pick up some gift cards. The young man working on the evening of Thursday December 18th was one of the most polite workers at any service establishment I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was so kind, it was so refreshing. It seems society doesn’t have good customer skills anymore or they just don’t care, I don’t know which it is. I’m now a Scooters patron because of my experience with this young man. He deserves the recognition, he was so sweet. Hindsight I should have asked his name, but it was bitter cold that evening and it was my last stop!“

“Upshot Coffee at Waypoint Church is a hidden gem! The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing—perfect for getting work done, meeting up with friends, or just taking a breather. The service is always excellent, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. The food is pretty good too, but the real standout is the coffee. It’s always on point!
My go-to order is the vanilla iced almond milk latte, and they nail it every time. If you’re looking for a new spot to try, this one definitely deserves a visit.

“I went to this coffee shop a few times while visiting St Louis. I was so impressed. The “Chilly Goat” Mocha was the best cold coffee drink I’ve ever had. I also highly recommend the summer berry scone. The staff were all friendly and happy to help. The place was clean and had a nice atmosphere. I highly recommend it!“

“There were about five cars in front of me but the service was pretty quick.I like the lady's suggestions helping me out when I told her what flavors I liked.. then when I inquired about the buy one get one free found out they're only two flavors you could choose for the buy one get one free. Fortunately it was a flavor that I liked on the coffee mocha side. I was very happy with the delicious flavor that I got. Today they also gave away a collector's cup!“

“BEST! BEST!! BEST location!!! They’re the nicest bunch of people. The drinks are always made consistently whether I visit in the morning or afternoon. They’re all very friendly and accommodating. I usually order on the app and if I need to make a change, whether I selected the incorrect milk, want to change how much ice, or if Sugar Free syrup is an option for the drink I purchased, it’s never been an issue. I’ve tried another Scooters location and they need to be trained by this store’s employees and standards. They are hands down, THE BEST LOCATION! 🥰💜💙“

“Picked up a dozen Halloween doughnuts for my wife’s class. The only Halloween doughnuts was the spider ones. So I bought a dozen and the first thing the kids noticed was the spider only had 6 legs on the doughnuts. Small mistake but was noticed and your website showed 8 legs on the doughnut“

“The baristas at this Starbucks are truly awesome—always kind, professional, and working hard. Unfortunately, they often seem short-staffed, with just one person having to take orders, make drinks, and handle everything alone. This creates long waits and puts a lot of pressure on the worker, even though they handle it with grace. It would be great to see more consistent staffing so these employees can continue providing the great service they’re clearly capable of—without being stretched so thin.“
