“The coffee is good. Fairly priced.
I don't like the ipads with the built in tips that they shove in your face.
The electronic tipping should be an extra screen that you navigate to when you want. The tip shouldn't be a maze of buttons to navigate just to pay.
I paid with a card and handed them a dollar.
They get busier than SB's.

“I really like this location and I come here every day to get my matcha. Everyone is very hardworking and nice here. Except that one lady who i dont see anymore ( im so glad). She was just really rude to me when I mentioned that my match drink looked too pale and too milky. The consistency is really suffering and I dont quite get it whether its Starbucks is trying to reduce costs or not providing proper training for baristas. But its weird that now they want to charge $1 for extra matcha scoop but their staff still making very pale, milky matcha late that I can barely taste matcha sometimes. Just to mention again, everyone on the team is super nice here and hard working. Im just trying to understand. Or maybe Starbucks. Need to change photos of their matcha's color in the advertisements 🤣“

“We really wanted donuts and the KK down the road but was understaffed and rude. We tried the Donut Palace and it was the BEST!! The staff at the Donut Palace were super friendly and helpful!! The cinnamon roll blew me away! The coffee was hot and fresh and delicious.“

“I went to this coffee shop a few times while visiting St Louis. I was so impressed. The “Chilly Goat” Mocha was the best cold coffee drink I’ve ever had. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the service was exceptional. Elaine went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and started our morning off on a great note.

“A small and wonderful Boba Tea cafe with smoothies, coffees, sparkling juice sodas, bingsu shaved ice desserts and more! They have games to play in the cafe. Everything can be customized on the order screen- type of milk, how much ice, variety of boba, sweetness level and more. Just tried their chocolate bingsu— amazing! And seasonal hot coffee was great.“

Went in today with my daughter and Angie ( She was with the make up dept, Not sure if she was which brand she was with) She was very sweet and came to greet me right away and asked if I needed help. And she sure did! Customer service at its best! Helped me with my Laura Mercier powder. Got my it replaced! She was so sweet to my daughter as well. “This is my favorite Starbucks. I just started working in the area, I always come in after my shift and the staff here are above and beyond. They remember my order, service is always quick. They always have a positive attitude, and my coffee or matcha is consistently good.

The environment is clean. They never close earlier than scheduled like some Starbucks unfortunately do.
Plenty of seating and outlets.“

I didn't catch her name because I was overwhlemed but she's an angel. She remembers my daughter and I and what we order...tonight, while we were waiting in line and she was the only one working, she was quietly making my daughters drink and had it ready for us when we got up to the register. My daughter hates waiting.
