Went here because I was at Target, the barista rummaged through the cash drawer and then turned around and made my drink. No hand washing no rubber gloves. I was tempted to say I don't want it and get my $ back. As expensive your products are the staff should be more well trained you don't handle cash then food product w/o washing your hands.
I am a single mother/care giver of my disabled daughter- we come to this starbucks regularly and tonight, one of the Baristas truly touched my heart and I just wanted to share my gratitude. I didn't catch her name because I was overwhlemed but she's an angel. She remembers my daughter and I and what we order...tonight, while we were waiting in line and she was the only one working, she was quietly making my daughters drink and had it ready for us when we got up to the register....read full review
