This is another hidden gem in the metro tucked away near the Spirit of St. Louis airport. Very authentic cuisine! If you do live in West County and St. Charles County, give this place a try.The dumplings are succulent and juicy with a mild five spice flavor. The dumplings were steamed and only pan-seared on the bottom. This cooking method resulted in a varied texture, ranging from crispiness to a slight chewiness. The Pork with Shiitake Mushrooms Bao Zi, albeit small in size, was tasty. Both the dumplings and bao zi had juicy and flavorful meat fillings.
