First, it’s almost always the fastest option. The team always works with efficiency, and they keep things moving so smoothly that by the time my order is taken, I’m already pulling up to the window and my drink is ready. It’s quick without ever feeling rushed or sloppy. The staff is also consistently positive, everyone has a great attitude, and you can tell they’re committed to creating a good experience no matter the weather, rainy, freezing, or hot days, they still show up with energy and smiles. On top of that, the drinks are always made beautifully. Every time I get a drink, it looks just as good as it tastes. My raspberry truffle macchiato was especially amazing, honestly looked perfect. “Seriously the only good coffee place around in St Charles. Not watered down, strong espresso in the lattes, no cheap syrups. I basically come every other day and love this place. Definitely worth the money . Ppl say it’s expensive but Starbucks is the same for really low quality. So is seven brew. More coffee doesn’t equal quality. I rlly love the quality I get from Kaldis.“

“I came to the Starbucks today to the drive-through and I ordered a Venti strawberry açai refresher and when I brought it home and was eating the dried strawberries in it I found a rotten dried strawberry. I called up the store and asked if I could get a new drink or refund and the person who answered the phone was very nice cordial professional and helpful. I went back to the store and they were able to give me a brand new drink. Eli was the worker who helped me, he answered the phone and made me a brand new drink. Best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. I didn’t really want to be a Karen but I still called anyway and they were very nice about😅“
