I came to the Starbucks today to the drive-through and I ordered a Venti strawberry açai refresher and when I brought it home and was eating the dried strawberries in it I found a rotten dried strawberry. I called up the store and asked if I could get a new drink or refund and the person who answered the phone was very nice cordial professional and helpful. I never went to this coffee shop for this trip you're asking me about. I knew the post office was across the street so I used that in my Google maps so I could remember how to get to the post office.
