A true hidden gem in St. Charles. I am a self described coffee nerd, truth is, I think about it way too much. I feel like a know a thing or two about coffee and Course is a fantastic spot to enjoy a cup inside or outside. Everything on the menu is good but the best of the best is their cold brew. Excellent coffee and experience. You walk in and immediately know they're serious about coffee, and they respect every step of the process. Super knowledgeable, not a drop of arrogance or condescension, and you can tell they're actually grateful for your business. Price is a great value for what you get...it's right in line with every other coffee shop, but it's on a different level. Gotta check them out. And...she even made my to-go latte pretty before the lid went on.
