“The baristas at this Starbucks are truly awesome—always kind, professional, and working hard. Unfortunately, they often seem short-staffed, with just one person having to take orders, make drinks, and handle everything alone. This creates long waits and puts a lot of pressure on the worker, even though they handle it with grace. It would be great to see more consistent staffing so these employees can continue providing the great service they’re clearly capable of—without being stretched so thin.”

“Last night my husband and I had some of our grandsons over for dinner and movie night. Too hot to cook on the grill so we opted out to get Red Robin burgers and fries. In Dardenne Prairie. Ordered a curbside pick up but when we got there they didn’t show the order. Not a problem because within minutes the manager, Andrea made sure our order went in quick and even added extra salad and fries too! Andrea, you couldn’t have made a glitch turn out any better! “Just moved out here to Lake St Louis recently for work and could not find a good Chinese food restaurant. There is one pretty close but I wasn't a big fan and I will not say which one. Don't want to hurt anyone's business. Happy China however is bomb diggity. Their food is excellent. The Springfield cashew chicken is the best I've had in a long time. And the shrimp and lobster sauce was excellent. Egg rolls are excellent as well”

“I stopped by Crumbl this week because they were offering a free dirty soda while introducing their new drink menu. I was excited to give it a try since I love trying dirty sodas from different places.

Unfortunately, the soda selection available for the promotion was pretty limited. While there are a lot of options advertised online, only a handful were available with the free offer, and most of them contained coconut. Since I can’t have coconut, I was left with the root beer option, which isn’t really my favorite. Because of that, I don’t feel like I got a fair chance to experience what their dirty sodas have to offer, so I’ll probably stick with my usual local spots for those.

Now, the cookies are a completely different story.

Crumbl cookies are always delicious. They’re huge, rich, and definitely made for sharing (or saving half for later!). They’re one of our favorite treats for birthdays, celebrations, or just because. I have a teenager, and while flowers might not impress her, surprising her with a Crumbl cookie absolutely does.

Ordering through the app is always quick and easy, and my orders have consistently been accurate. The only thing I’d love to see improved is the rewards program. It doesn’t really give me much incentive to visit more often.

Overall, while I wasn’t sold on the dirty soda experience, Crumbl’s cookies continue to be some of my favorite sweet treats. They’re the kind of dessert that’s worth splurging on every once in a while, and we’ll definitely keep coming back for the cookies.”

“We were immediately invited to sit at the Sushi bar in the back of the restaurant. We were given a complimentary Sushi Pizza to try. It was delicious and will be a new item on their menu next week. The service was great. Our Sushi was amazingly good and fun presentation too. We got the dragon roll and lobster roll and 2 orders of yellowtail 🍣 Sushi. All really good. The ginger was yummy. Super fresh.”

“When I needed a cake for an impromptu party I decided only 12 days ahead on, I picked up the phone and called Sweet Spot Cake Shoppe and reached out to Donna. I had a kinda, round about idea of what I was after, but honestly I just wanted 1/4 sheet 1/2 chocolate 1/2 white with LIGHT icing and I wanted the USMC Globe and Anchor logo and a RR track around the perimeter. Her FIRST ATTEMPT (that's right 1st) was a Grand Slam. This cake is for a Vietnam Combat Veteran Marine and I wanted it perfect. SSCS blew my expectations out of the water. In fact, I'd say came in about 20-25% less than the same at the big chain bakeries, not to mention it was one fresh, perfect cake, nothing misspelled or 3" of frosting on top of some dried out 4 day old cake that was mass produced. Made to order and more affordable! 5 stars across the board! Thanks for making the party complete!”

“We enjoyed another fabulous authentic Mexican dinner last week! The hot sizzling Pollo Cancun with cheese melted over shrimp, and chicken was wonderful!! Normally, I enjoy the Taco Salad in a Fried shell, my favorite, but wanted to explore the shrimp 🍤 and Chicken served on a sizzling oven plate. The Shrimp and Chicken with mushrooms far surpassed my expectations. Best of all, I talked to Scott and meet Sergio with the El Tio Pepe family all there helping and smiling. Thank you, again. “Absolutely the best Indian food in st Charles county. Had the goat curry and it was so good! I got the high spice level but if you can’t handle the heat they have mild levels as well. The sugar cane drink was so tasty and the ginger paired well with the spice. Highly recommend Persis Indian Grill. We will be a repeat customer!”

“Dave’s Hot Chicken always hits the spot! 🔥 Every time I come here, the food is fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The fries are always on point, especially with the sauce. That sauce is seriously so fire! I’m vegetarian, so I always go with the cauliflower bites, and they never disappoint. They’re crispy on the outside, packed with flavor, and honestly just as satisfying as anything else on the menu. I love that there’s an option for people who don’t eat chicken but still want to enjoy the Dave’s experience. The portions are solid, the food is consistent, and I always leave satisfied. Definitely one of my go to spots when I’m craving something spicy and flavorful! 🔥”
