The cookies are always really good, with rich flavors and perfect textures. Specific treats like the Strawberry Cookie, Oreo Cookie, Birthday Cookie, and Toffee Cake are absolutely amazing. The tres leches cake was delicious, and the little cake cookies, such as the cheesecake and confetti cake, are popular. The staff is always friendly, sweet, and understanding. However, some customers have had to go inside for curbside service, and one experience on December 2nd involved an impatient middle-aged woman taking orders. Cookies can sell out quickly, so customers might only get what is left at the time selected. Overall, Crumbl consistently delivers on quality, and customers are obsessed with the spectacular flavors each week.
