“Went to this location the other night. Walked in and 2 ladies were working. The one in the back greeted me, the one in the front acted like she didn’t see me. I literally waited at the counter almost a full 2 minutes before she bothered to look up at me and ask me if I needed something… not sure why else I’d be standing there, and despite them being out of the one I really wanted to try, my cookies were perfect…“

“This store is by far the best Crumbl in STL to get cookies at. They always look like they should and are not undercooked like most crumbl cookies. I come in once every other week or so typically later in the day and there is always this one girl ( she told me her name was Kennedy) working so hard I’m always impressed. I’ve seen her handle entire crowds of people all by herself while still keeping a smile on her face. Every time I see her when I come in I know I’m about to have the best experience possible. “Had a great experience at Crumbl. Maddie, Bre, and Cooper were all amazing. They were super friendly, patient, and really took their time helping us decide. You can tell they actually care about customer service and making sure everything is right.
The cookies were fresh and looked exactly like the display. The team kept everything moving smoothly even when it was busy. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had here.

“My son loves this place ,I have an issue though. My Central Bank card for some reason requires a pin here and for some reason not always accepted. I have to go next door to use the atm with the same pin number tried at the establishment to successfully get money out of the atm and pay with cash. Please fix your card system .“
