“I wanted to take the time to give this place a great review. Our waiter named Jared was very good at keeping everyone at our table happy and satisfied. Not only was he good at service but was able to bring humor to the table which brings some entertainment to the experience. One big thing that I enjoy is having a beer first ready to go before my meal and that expectation was met. Going out to eat with my family means alot to me because I work very hard looking forward to eating out every weekend so I wanted to show my appreciation with a good review on my experience.“

“Food was good, service was good. Music was really loud and not what I consider relaxing dinner music. I decided I wanted a piece of cheesecake to go after she gave us the receipt in the folder and she never came back for me to tell her. I asked another server who directed me to the bar. Ordered and it took ten minutes to get it. Normally I wouldn’t mind but we had my MIL with us in her wheelchair. It came and was the Tiniest piece of cheesecake I’ve ever been served for $10 😳. I would recommend skipping dessert and go buy a whole cheesecake at Dierbergs next door for the same price and less wait.“

“I was driving on my way home from work and was passing Waffle House and the thought of breakfast for dinner made me turn around. I walked in and was immediately greeted and told to sit wherever. the waitress was very friendly. She took my order and quickly returned with my dinner: over easy egg, hash browns, bacon & toast. it's was all excellent.“

I don't think there's been no one issue, the seven times i've been here over the past twelve months. I travel for work at anytime.I'm in O'Fallon.I make sure without a shadow of a doubt that Cait is working, i sit at the bar and get my usual steak and shrimp with two dirty martinis ( which , by the way , she makes absolutely perfect)

“Absolutely amazing! The service was amazing and the atmosphere was calm with little shops to go to. The mushroom swiss burger was amazing, though it could use a touch more seasoning. The cookie butter pie was also delicious! I look forward to going back and hopefully bringing some friends with.“

“The rudest manager I have ever met. the restaurant was only about 30% full and the hostess would not seat us at the table we wanted to sit at, even though 70% of the tables were empty. I asked her to ask the manager, and we still couldn't sit at the table we wanted. So, we decided to leave. On the way out, I stopped at the hostess desk and very politely asked her to pass along to the manager why we were leaving so that he would be aware because if I were manager, I would want to know why my customers left before ordering.. The manager came up behind me while I was telling her that and interrupted me saying to stop talking because he was aware of my opinion. He went on to say that he had been doing this for a long time and knows what he is doing. When I started to respond, he interrupted me again shouting "Stop talking!" and then, "Just leave!" I had made my request for the table very politely and was also very politely asking the hostess to let him know that we were leaving for that reason. To be interrupted twice and yelled at and told to stop talking and just leave in the manor he did so was outrageous behavior verging on threatening. I will never return and will encourage all the groups I routinely go to sports bars with to never return. If you are going to a sports bar to watch your favorite teams, this is definitely NOT the place to go. You will likely not be able to watch the teams you like and will get yelled at if you try. Customer service is definitely not something this place values.“

“We ate their last night for dinner for the very first time. I must say the food was really good but, our appetizer came out which was the spicy Mac & cheese bites, they were good but cold in the center. I let the waitress know and she apologized. She took them back and bought a freshly made order and they were steaming hot and excellent! I got the double smash burger, which was really good, but it was cooked more like a regular hamburger because on a Smashburger the edges are crispy which adds to the flavor. My hamburger SB edges, even though it was a really good burger! I I would still recommend eating here because the food is really good and the service is excellent! I get it some days,there are off days and maybe that’s what happened. But we will definitely be back!“

“Had a great experience despite the circumstances. I called when they opened to let them know I was bringing a group of 10 at a specific time in the evening! I was told, “Thanks for the heads up.” When we arrived we were told it would be 40 minutes and there was one waiter. The Hostess even called another location to see if we could get in sooner. Same wait, we decided to wait it out. We had excellent service from Katelyn and a gentleman, I unfortunately didn’t get his name who was trying to help her. Food came out fast, right and delicious. All the while Katelyn would have never made it feel as she was the only waitress in the entire restaurant. Thank you!!“

“Foreplay is always good, everything else was TRASH. Awful service from a completely clueless server. Waited an hour and a half with no food or drink and ended up canceling the order. She didn't even care about the issues either. No "sorry I'm terrible at my job." Nothing. Her name was "Kerrie" and you should avoid her. Was told there was no manager on duty on a Saturday night so that's cool too. Three other bartenders seemed uninterested in helping too. Won't go back and I'll tell everyone else the same thing. I would like to shout out to the door guy. He at least provided some customer service when I had an issue“

“we went with our 12 year old grandson for an after school snack. We did not hear our number called/so after a few minutes I went to the counter. A very nice young man said he was going to remake it because it had sat and gotten cold. He had called our # twice...I didn't get his name (he had green hair under his hat if that helps!)...I did not ask for a new burger/he did that on his own. Thank You....grandson loves Freddy's burgers and shakes!“
