“We have been eating at JJ's for some time.
My family dines there. The waitresses are very good at remembering customers. I say this because shortly after my brother in law passed, we went into JJ's to have their all you can eat catfish on a Friday. While we were there the waitress noticed that my brother in law was missing in our group. Once she found out he had passed, she sent her condolences and continued to wait on us in a professional manner. I thought it was kind of her to notice his absence and then offer her cond9lences and continue to wait on us in a respectful way.
Thank you to that waitress. And, thank you to the restaurant for having employees who offer care and compassion still showing respect for the customer's feelings.“

“Such a cozy, fun place to meet for dinner! A friend and I met here for dinner at last minute. The bacon wrap pork kabobs, pizza, and quesadillas are delicious! The decor is really cute too! Our server was such a sweetheart and got everything out very quickly! Loved it! 🫶🏻 highly recommend to anyone! This is a new go to spot for us!“

“Just had my son’s 7th birthday party there today and we had a blast!! We had a party of 30 and our server Katherine was amazing! We always had our drinks, our food came out fast, and she was so sweet to my kid. She was really helpful with all the things I needed. I’m sure she had other tables but we couldn’t tell. We were there for about 4 hours and she did great the whole time. My friend told me she wants to have her daughter’s birthday there and is planning on requesting Katherine as her server. “The parking lot was full at 11am and I was a single person shopping and eating chicken and dumplings. There was a 20 minute wait but a two person table was soon available. Austin served me asap and lunch was soon delivered with a check back if I needed anything. Then I found many stocking stuffers and the cashier helped me find an extra candle. Perfect.“

She put me in such a good mood as I ordered my XL coffee to make it through my insane work week. I adore her and am so happy I was able to interact with her this morning. “The rudest manager I have ever met. the restaurant was only about 30% full and the hostess would not seat us at the table we wanted to sit at, even though 70% of the tables were empty. I asked her to ask the manager, and we still couldn't sit at the table we wanted. So, we decided to leave. On the way out, I stopped at the hostess desk and very politely asked her to pass along to the manager why we were leaving so that he would be aware because if I were manager, I would want to know why my customers left before ordering.. The manager came up behind me while I was telling her that and interrupted me saying to stop talking because he was aware of my opinion. He went on to say that he had been doing this for a long time and knows what he is doing. When I started to respond, he interrupted me again shouting "Stop talking!" and then, "Just leave!" I had made my request for the table very politely and was also very politely asking the hostess to let him know that we were leaving for that reason. To be interrupted twice and yelled at and told to stop talking and just leave in the manor he did so was outrageous behavior verging on threatening. I will never return and will encourage all the groups I routinely go to sports bars with to never return. If you are going to a sports bar to watch your favorite teams, this is definitely NOT the place to go. You will likely not be able to watch the teams you like and will get yelled at if you try. Customer service is definitely not something this place values.“

“I went for dinner. Wait staff was polite, professional and on the ball. I ordered a steak and asked to add shrimp on the side. Waitress informed me that shrimp and steak combo was on the menu and ordering that would save me money. The steak was prefectly cooked and tasted amazing. Definitely plan on going here again.“

The hashbrowns speak for themselves, anyway you like them. The biscuits and gravy are not my favorite, but I’m really particular about my sausage gravy.

Parking: The parking lot is small, but big enough, considering the size of the restaurant however, when they’re busy~parking is tight“

“Ran by Sunday for a quick bite on our way home from taking our oldest to college. Surprised with the nice Sunday happy hour! Thinking we were just going to get some fast “fryer” apps…OMG were we wrong. Everything was AMAZING!! The street steak taco was so tender and good, wonton chips and spinach dip was amazing and the bbq sliders that was a whole sandwich cut in half pretty much was delish! Service was also fantastic ! “Had a great experience despite the circumstances. I called when they opened to let them know I was bringing a group of 10 at a specific time in the evening! I was told, “Thanks for the heads up.” When we arrived we were told it would be 40 minutes and there was one waiter. The Hostess even called another location to see if we could get in sooner. Same wait, we decided to wait it out. We had excellent service from Katelyn and a gentleman, I unfortunately didn’t get his name who was trying to help her. Food came out fast, right and delicious. All the while Katelyn would have never made it feel as she was the only waitress in the entire restaurant. Thank you!!“

“Foreplay is always good, everything else was TRASH. Awful service from a completely clueless server. Waited an hour and a half with no food or drink and ended up canceling the order. She didn't even care about the issues either. No "sorry I'm terrible at my job." Nothing. Her name was "Kerrie" and you should avoid her. Was told there was no manager on duty on a Saturday night so that's cool too. Three other bartenders seemed uninterested in helping too. Won't go back and I'll tell everyone else the same thing. I would like to shout out to the door guy. He at least provided some customer service when I had an issue“

A very nice young man said he was going to remake it because it had sat and gotten cold. He had called our # twice...I didn't get his name (he had green hair under his hat if that helps!)...I did not ask for a new burger/he did that on his own. Thank You....grandson loves Freddy's burgers and shakes!“
