I called ahead and asked the staff if they could help me surprise my wife for our anniversary dinner. All I told them was, “I’m planning to bring my wife here for our first time to celebrate our 3-year anniversary. Please help me make it a memorable experience for her. She doesn’t know about this.” From that moment on, the staff went above and beyond for us. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. They spent time with me on the phone suggesting ideas and helping plan the entire evening. As soon as we walked through the front doors, we were greeted with warm smiles and escorted to our table. While my wife was admiring the beautiful and cozy atmosphere, the staff gave me the reassuring “we got you” signal, allowing me to sit back, relax, and enjoy the night with her. “I frequently visit this restaurant, and I’ve genuinely never had a bad experience. I’m not sure what all the bad reviews are about. Today we had Jay, and she was very attentive and did a great job. Food was excellent and my steak was cooked a perfect medium well. I can always count on Longhorn to give me a perfect medium well, and I find that difficult most places. The 7 pepper seasoning is my favorite. All around another good experience.“
