We found them on Google, as we're traveling across country with our golden retriever. We met Jimmy our bartender/server as we sat on their beautiful outdoor seating area. He was a great host with great recommendations. One of their regulars couldn't help but come say hello to our fur baby. Highly recommend stopping in and enjoying a good time.
Just had a business lunch with around 15 people. The service was great, and the food was good. Food came out quickly and they got all the orders right. Highly recommend Goodwood for your next business meeting or even company Holiday party.
My wife and I dined here last night. The wait was a bit long. We found a seat at the back bar during our wait and decided to try a flight of their house whiskeys and peruse the menu. A short time later we were being seated. With this being our first visit we ordered two separate entrees and split the food to sample things. Goodwood Brewing & Spirits offers a great atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating areas, perfect for enjoying drinks and live music. The patio has a great atmosphere, and the inside has a spacious layout. The bar set up is good with several TVs to watch the game. The restaurant specializes with its variety of whiskies. The food menu is large, with many options to choose from. Popular choices include the kale Caesar salad and chicken and waffles. The buffalo cauliflower comes with pickled celery bits and blue cheese, and the buffalo chicken sandwich is also available. The loaded tots were enjoyed, and the football appetizer special had delicious pork sliders and wings with celery for a good price. The Mac 'n cheese melt was amazing, and chicken tenders were very good. The beer was cold and there were several options, including the Louisville Lager, a light IPA beer. The service staff is generally friendly and attentive. Jimmy the bartender was very professional and attentive. The waitress was attentive and fun.
