I've been ordering fresco style tacos for 9 years, the girl taking my order said they don't serve them. I said yes u do I just ordered one on Thursday can u please go all someone else. One of the worst experiences with staff. Placed online order waited at store for over twenty minutes along with others that put in online orders. Meanwhile over 20 cars got their order made while we dine in customers watched. Went to counter and asked about food management said oh this customer just showed up..... theb she proceeded to tell me oh we're short staffed... no youre worried about your drive thru times...still took an additional 10 mins from that point. The drive thru greeter was rude and combative. I got the feeling she was angry because I’d asked for a moment at the beginning to decide which items I wanted. But there was nobody behind me and it was literally 30 seconds before she asked me if I had a problem with reading the menu or something.
