Worst Taco Bell. Went through drive through and order was wrong, went through drive through again and told them they rung us up wrong on our order and we needed to order it and pay for it. Asked us to come to the window to order so we did and then when we got to the window they asked us to come inside, I said we’re in a hurry and can’t come inside and needed to order what was missed. They then asked us to either come inside or go back around the drive through. Why would you ask us to pull up to the window to order and then tell us to go back around. Makes no sense. So inconvenient so I left and won’t be back. We needed to pay for and order another quesadilla that was missed on our first order. Not a reviewer but couldn’t believe this nonsense. Super inconvenient and awful service.

I just waited 35 minutes for my food on a mobile order. They had me sit for almost 20 in the drive through line before asking me to pull around to the front doors to wait another 15 minutes. Then they came to my car 3 times to ask what I had and brought the wrong food to me several times. Several drinks were out and they didn't communicate any of this during the process of ordering.

I've been ordering fresco style tacos for 9 years, the girl taking my order said they don't serve them. I said yes u do I just ordered one on Thursday can u please go all someone else. She wouldn't go ask just rang me up for a taco supreme-cheese (which would still have sour cream) I said that's not right ur charging me double can u please go all someone else she insisted they don't sell them then tried to concocta new way of doing it that was updating me another $.85. I Said that's still not right if u can't do it then screw the whole taco. I'll order something different. She said "yeah screw you you can go somewhere else" & deleted my order.So rude, so disrespectful, so lazy, & so incompetent!I spend at least $30 a week @ Taco Bell I'm no nubie this place has hit rock bottom!The Dorset location on the other hand knew exactly what a fresco Taco was & was polite & got my $35 order perfect.

One of the worst experiences with staff. Placed online order waited at store for over twenty minutes along with others that put in online orders. Meanwhile over 20 cars got their order made while we dine in customers watched. Went to counter and asked about food management said oh this customer just showed up..... theb she proceeded to tell me oh we're short staffed... no youre worried about your drive thru times...still took an additional 10 mins from that point. This is just bad practice.

Normal Taco bell food. Nothing special, they made it quick and got us out fast. Place seemed average cleanliness and everyone was working. Price is average for the times.

The drive thru greeter was rude and combative. I got the feeling she was angry because I’d asked for a moment at the beginning to decide which items I wanted. But there was nobody behind me and it was literally 30 seconds before she asked me if I had a problem with reading the menu or something. I said no, but I’m ready now and placed my order, at which point she gave me a total that was too high, and when I asked her to correct my drink size she argued with me about what size and then said “have a nice day” as if she was done with the conversation. When I pulled forward, a second woman was at the window and had cancelled the drink completely. She said “I’m not finna deal witchu” and walked away. Finally, the first girl, still at the register, corrected the order and I got my food and the drink was only about halfway full, but I didn’t feel like arguing with them.

Workers are there, you can see them inside, even some outside at cars. Restaurant shows to be open until 3am it's 11pm, they will not answer drive through. But they will watch you as you drive away.
