I gave them a picture of a macaw dressed as a pirate for a birthday cake and asked for yellow and red borders. And I put in the notes that it was for a Hawaiian pirates themed birthday party. The absolute hero of a decorator ran with our idea. They put palm trees, a pirate map, beautiful colorful flowers and made sand out of graham cracker crumbs!!! I recommend everything. The food has been “on point” both times I’ve been there later in the evening. Good food paired with a very nice but hard working staff made for a great experience.
I just want to give this DQ a big shout out! You guys did a great job on my son’s ice cream cake! I spent days calling 3 local DQ’s and never got a return call. But when I called the Bethalto DQ they were very nice on the phone and made his cake exactly how I asked! Kudos to you! Thank you so much!! I live in Brighton but next time I want DQ I’ll gladly drive to Bethalto!
